A Ghost Lingers in the Family

I am an ordinary time traveler. However, as soon as I arrived, I suffered unknown attacks. They kept trying to kill me. In order to survive, I had no choice... Dissolve myself in the blood, and let me exist through blood connection, just like a ghost, hovering in the souls of future generations. I treat my descendants as consumables, control and influence their minds, and transform their bodies to create an extremely powerful family. However, some of them resisted and some wanted to be free. They always think they can escape my control. But, they don't know that I am a ghost hovering in their blood. I am the family.
