Symbiosis in the Cloud

In 2045, brain-computer interfaces rule human life, while secretly devouring freedom. Jiang Chen’s parents die one after another in “therapeutic chip” experiments, leaving behind strange clues that lead him to a horrifying truth: tens of millions of brain-computer interface users worldwide are being drained of their brainpower by tech companies and turned into living servers. To avenge them, he is forced to have an inactive implant embedded in his skull, but unexpectedly awakens the ability to reflect brain-control signals. When the human brain becomes programmable flesh, is this “symbiosis” evolution, or the ultimate form of enslavement?
