Seeking the Way of Heavenly Love

"Seeking the Way of Heaven and Earth": A dialogue between heaven and earth, a choice between passion and dispassion

Heaven's way is dispassionate; earth's way is profound. When the firmament looks down upon the land and rivers flow ceaselessly, is all that lies between heaven and earth an endless cycle, or will they ultimately become one?

Leng Shuangdi was once the strongest cultivator of the earth's way, but died when the “Heartless Sword” pierced his heart. When he opened his eyes again, he had become someone else: Jian Xingtian, one of the twelve incarnations of the heavenly way. His memories had been altered and his fate manipulated; only his sword could cut through the illusions.

Leng Wuqing, a congenital being born from the Heartless Sword, bears the unfulfilled wishes of his parents. He travels the world, wielding his sword against injustice, yet with every battle and every kill, he gradually realizes that his own “heartlessness” may simply be another extreme form of “deep feeling.”

The twelve incarnations of the heavenly way control the world's order, standing high above it like gods. They protect the world from incursions from other realms, but they are also the greatest obstacle to Leng Wuqing's breakthroughs. When Gale Heaven defeats him, when Timewheel Heaven manipulates time and toys with fate, and when Sunwheel Heaven sits high in the Ninth Heaven, surveying all things, he finally understands that this is not merely his path of cultivation, but the ultimate contest between heaven and earth!

Yet the true threat comes from beyond the heavenly way…

Power from another realm is quietly seeping in, chaos is about to descend, and both the heavenly and earthly ways face destruction. When the order of heaven collapses and the world approaches its end, what will Leng Wuqing choose?

Will he break through the firmament with his sword, or reverse the cycle of reincarnation?

Will he remain heartless to the end, or prove his feelings through the sword?

Ask Heaven, ask Earth, ask the Way!
