The phoenix bathes in flames and is reborn. Its light shines in every direction, illuminating an endless world.

The Eight Legions of the Heavenly Dragon, the reincarnated Asura. Three thousand worlds, born and destroyed in a single thought.

Since the beginning of creation, there has been a legend. It is said that in the ancient primordial age, all was chaos, and countless strange demons and gods fought one another. Among them was a demon god named Wen Tiandi, who defeated every powerful being in the chaos except Dao Wuqiong. He then agreed to battle Dao Wuqiong, but no one knows the outcome. All that is known is that the immense power of Wen Tiandi and Dao Wuqiong changed the world, separating heaven from earth where once all was indistinct chaos. The demon essence Wen Tiandi left behind mingled with all things and gave rise to the demon race, while Dao Wuqiong's Dao energy gave rise to humanity. From then on, demon essence and Dao energy fought over dominion of the world.
