The Echo of the Empty Valley

The hustle and bustle of the world makes the soul extremely tired. Like machinery on an assembly line, it's monotonous and numb. Walking through the reinforced concrete jungle, the noise in your ears never stops, and the crowds in front of you never stop. The flashing neon lights and the roaring voices were like invisible nets, binding me tightly and suffocating me. Lost in the busy life, like a small boat, drifting with the current, where is the shore? I long for the echoes from the distant empty valley, and imagine stepping into the deep empty valley where no one has set foot, with soft moss under my feet and lush vegetation beside me. The breeze blew gently and the branches and leaves rustled. In the empty valley, there is a clear stream. The gurgling sound of the water is like the whisper of an elf, telling ancient and mysterious stories. I would squat down, hold the cold stream with both hands, feel its agility and purity, and let it wash away the dust in my soul. Maybe there will be an unknown bird singing happily on the branch. Its singing was clear and sweet, like the sound of nature, breaking the silence of the empty valley and awakening my sleeping soul.
