The Witcher: Make Witchers Great Again

Don't be that kind of self-pitying and self-pitying literary youth. This has always appeared in the few novels about wizards and witchers that I have read before. The protagonist is a witcher, and then he does not work hard to upgrade and add attributes. He just thinks about people's hearts, discriminates against the overall situation, and is a lord. Ordinary witchers have nothing to do. Their strength cannot continue to become stronger, and their combat effectiveness is not high or low. A few armored soldiers can threaten him. Of course, they can only accept the discrimination from others. The protagonist himself is unwilling to work hard to become stronger so that he can contribute to the overall situation. Instead, he stays where he is and feels sorry for himself. This is really true. When a witcher can jump more than ten meters high with a casual leap, can easily move at a speed of forty or fifty meters per second, and can burn mountains and boil seas with just a witcher's seal, there is no discrimination. Others have to praise him even if he farts.

The Fork-tailed Dragon only gives 8% skill point progress??? No, are you still your witcher??? Open a breeding farm to raise rabbits! When you reach the full level by hunting monsters, you can kill gods by relying on breeding farms!!!

While there are no people around, let's do some popular science about the race of witchers (yes, it's a race rather than a profession, because in their world, humans generally regard witchers as an ancient race like elves and dwarves) We are also considered fantasy fans. We have bought the physical books of Harry Potter and A Song of Ice and Fire. In addition to the physical books of Chongqing Publishing House and Taiwan Edition, we also bought the physical books of The Witcher. This is an authentic audiobook published by Nuclear Network, so we think we know the Witcher quite well. Here are some common misunderstandings: Myth 1: The Witcher's Trial of Grass only enhances poison resistance Clarification: In fact, in the original novels and games, as well as the later setting collections, it is clearly shown that the Trial of Grass greatly enhances all aspects of the Witcher's body. Qualities (Strength, Agility, Reaction, Physique, Endurance, Poison Resistance, etc.) Here are examples to prove it - first of all, in the first volume of the original novel "Don't Be Evil", Geralt fought with Renfri's men to protect the local people. Renfri's men suddenly attacked Geralt with a crossbow at a very close distance. As a result, Geralt was deflected with a sword, and the tiger's mouth was not even numb at all. No, it is enough to prove that the strength and reaction of the witcher have been strengthened In fact, there is a more suitable example. In The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine, when Dettlaff's vampire army attacked Beauclair, the soldiers of the escort did not even react, and saw the teammates around them suddenly turned into a ball of plasma and exploded (actually they were killed by the vampire banshee, but the speed was too fast) unable to react), but Geralt and Regis were able to fight all the way to join the escort This is more proof that Geralt's strength, reaction, speed, and physique are stronger than ordinary people, otherwise he would have ended up with a knight who fell in love (if you choose the wrong Guillaume, you will die) Myth 2: The strength of the witcher is not as good as that of the soldiers, and even only ten The militia can kill a demon hunter Clarification - let's just say that although the demon hunter is not a superman like Captain America and Astartes, can he not be black for the sake of blackness? Let's talk about real-life examples. Let's not talk about the super-class military generals like our Greater China. Look at Japan and Europe next door. There are still many real-life examples of one beating ten But Here is an example from the original novel - the Battle on the Yaruga Mountains. This battle is also repeated in "The Fall of the King". To put it simply, Meve, the queen of Lyria and Rivia, left an army on the bridge. Then they were attacked by the Nilfgaardians, and part of the defense line collapsed. After Geralt, Cassirer and others came here for some reasons, they decided to help the northern army. Guarding the bridge, with the help of Geralt and Cassirer, the Nilfgaardian army was finally repulsed In this battle, Geralt was on the front line throughout the entire battle. Even because he was on the battlefield, there were people around him, and there was no way to dodge. According to some people's formula of "soldier > witcher", Geralt would have been torn into pieces, but the actual situation was only a little bruised. . . Myth 3: Soldiers can kill monsters with silver swords and arrows made of silver, so there is no need for demon hunters in the world Clarification - As mentioned before, many monsters are much faster and more powerful than ordinary people ( For example, the deer-headed demon), some seemingly weak monsters actually live in groups (such as evil ghosts, who also like to hide in jungles and mountains, and are like otherworldly versions of trees talking) Ordinary soldiers alone may need to pay at least dozens or hundreds of lives to complete a mission. A monster hunting commission with extremely low cost performance In addition, if a mayor, local governor or noble were to choose, he would be more inclined to hire a demon hunter instead of wasting the lives of his own soldiers First of all, raising dozens of standing soldiers The cost is not low to begin with. The superiors do not raise their subordinates so that they can feed the monsters; Secondly, outsourcing is so cool. If your own soldiers are dead or injured, even if you don't give them any pension, can you recruit dozens of new soldiers to compare with the previous veterans? But outsourcing is different. You do the work first and then I pay you. It's none of my business if you are injured or disabled. It's better if you die and I don't even have to pay. Every fool knows how to calculate this bill Error Area 4: The mortality rate in the Trial of Green Grass is high, and it is difficult to train a demon hunter Clarification - It's not difficult, it's really not difficult. According to the official setting, the survival rate of the Trial of Green Grass is three out of ten (the Wolf School's is four out of ten). Does it mean that four out of ten can survive? You find two thousand war orphans, 600 survive, and train them all into standing soldiers Ordinary people can form a formation and train demon hunters. Ordinary people can train to use halberds, spears, hammers, bows and crossbows. Demon hunters can do the same, and their physical fitness is even better. In the history of European medieval warfare where village chiefs fought with weapons, wouldn't this crush their opponents? Myth 5: After you have said so much, Geralt was still not stabbed to death by a pitchfork Clarification - To be honest, Geralt being stabbed to death by a pitchfork is not a joke. Another thing is more like a joke, that is, in "Naruto", Senju Hashirama had to show his sincerity in front of Uchiha Madara Shisha, and he also took a small kunai Okay, it was just a joke No In any case, it is an indisputable fact that Geralt was stabbed to death by a pitchfork, including the fact that this joke has been played in the game, but there is still something worth discussing here, not in the book, but outside the book Everyone who has read the novel knows that Geralt's death occurs in the seventh volume of the original novel, which is also the end of the long story of the journey to find a girl. But as long as you have read this volume - especially from the first volume, you will definitely find that the seventh volume The problem with the volumes is that they are rushed, too rushed In the sixth volume, Geralt was still living a happy life in Toussaint for a few days in his life, and then in the seventh volume, he suddenly happened to overhear the location of the big villain in the cellar Ciri used her ancient blood to constantly travel between time and space, and finally, reminded by a later scholar who studied her and Geralt, she traveled When we arrived at the so-called correct time and space, it turned out to be in front of the villain's castle And he took the initiative to walk there. Originally, one of the villain's subordinates found out his conscience and asked Ciri to escape, but Ciri insisted on going in. Then she got her wish and was caught by the villain And the third place they rushed to was the death of Geralt that everyone knows Many people like us have read the novel, They all have the same idea, that is, the state of Andrzej Sapkovsky (hereinafter referred to as Mr. An) when writing the seventh volume is really like Conan Doyle Conan Doyle was tired of Sherlock Holmes and eventually killed Holmes, and Mr. An was also tired of serializing the story of the witcher. He couldn't bear it, and finally chose to finish the witcher novel in this way Finally, I still want to say a few more words: Foreigners have different ideas from us Chinese in many places, so many of the protagonists in their works have strong settings, but they always experience a lot of hardships: For example, Captain America was the upper hand in "Civil War", but because he witnessed the destruction caused by the civil war, he gave up resistance and chose to surrender, and was killed when he was taken to the court for trial Super There is no need to say more about people. In theory, they should be invincible. How can they eat less? To put it bluntly, Westerners think that the protagonist (or hero) should suffer more to show his humanity. For this purpose, you can also eat books (there are many people who eat books in Warcraft and Warhammer. In fact, even the original novels of The Witcher also have places to eat books) Having said so much, the main thing is that I hope to be able to eat books. It will help some readers who have never read the novel or played the game to understand the witcher better, instead of being misled by some people on the Internet who only know how to express emotions, follow others' opinions and lead others to bad things Although the witcher is a niche, Geralt's adventure is still an excellent story. I hope that readers who like witchers will like this story, instead of being as noisy as the battlefield.

Isn't it the turtle boy witcher again? Will he be beaten to death by ten peasants?

This is not about a demon hunter, it is purely about a saint. The professor at Cowburg gave his employer several hundred gold coins to work as a bodyguard for exploring the ruins. However, the protagonist considered that the professor might be retaliated by the prince in the future and prepared to go. Prince, why don't you consider that he will most likely encounter monsters in the rest of his life and stay by his side to protect him for the rest of his life?

The black box is where the original novel and the game story took place

Demon hunters are great or not. What do you want to do? Just become stronger and enjoy it. Why don't you care what others do? You obeyed those who traveled through time to save others and became the savior. What the hell do you do to those who traveled through time to save others?

Another witcher fic that can be read since the witcher came to Lords of the Empire (Pitchfork War Eunuch is not included). I think the most important thing for a fanfic is that the protagonist should be proactive enough. As a time traveler, he must master the advantages of the time traveler, make full use of prior knowledge, and plan his own actions (so the Astartes of the Bear School are completely insufferable. He is obviously an astronomical but adopts a setting where the protagonist knows nothing about various worlds), instead of following the crowd and being distracted by the plot. Or a character appears out of nowhere and leads the way... The other thing is that the protagonist must be strong enough. This strength is horizontally compared with other characters in the work. It does not necessarily require you to destroy the world, but it does not mean that a character can just appear and bully you (a counterexample is the god-level demon hunter) I think the above two points are good so far in this book. As for the writing style, the sentences in this book are smooth and there are no grammatical errors, and it is quite comfortable to read. It seems that the evaluation is not high, but at the beginning, there are many writers who fail to speak clearly and cannot speak clearly, so I am satisfied if I can find a book that I can read.

Is Sianna that stupid? Why didn't her mother make it clear that she had risked her life to get her out? In the original novel, she ran away because the knight escorting her wanted to wheel rice and kill her.
