The Eight Sufferings of Life

There are eight sufferings in life: birth, old age, illness, death, separation from love, meeting of resentments and hatred, not being able to get what you want, and the five yin factors being strong. I am often addicted to it and cannot control myself. But there is always light in the darkness, and the deeper the darkness, the more sacred the light becomes. I want to write down all the suffering I have experienced in this life and the light I have seen, not only as a memoir of my own reflection, but also as a reference for fellow practitioners before becoming Arahants. The article is based on real life, but will be artistically processed. Those who can see it can do whatever they want, but there are no rules.
