I Really Do Want to Be a Happy Slacker

After her parents passed away, Su Shao set her sights on becoming a beautiful, wealthy couch potato. Her life goals were simple: sleep when she got tired of counting money, sleep when she got tired of watching dramas, sleep after eating her fill, and when she woke up... go right back to sleep! Then she met... Song Yan, an emergency room doctor nicknamed the “Romance Terminator.” He was handsome, steady-natured, and exceptionally skilled. Even the hospital’s senior experts were impressed by his expertise. With such great qualities, how had he gone more than twenty years without a girlfriend? Su Shao smiled and decided to give it a shot. Su Shao: Dr. Song, my nail split. Song Yan: Take vitamins A, B, and C. Su Shao: Dr. Song, I haven’t been sleeping well lately, and my hair keeps falling out. Song Yan: That’s quite a hair-raising situation. Su Shao: Dr... Dr. Song, I’m a little constipated. Song Yan: Will two bottles of an enema do the trick? Hmph! Man, you’ve successfully caught my attention... She’d assumed he was playing hard to get, or keeping his options open. With her looks, there was no way she couldn’t charm him! After repeatedly pursuing him and getting no response, Su Shao finally got off her couch and worked up the nerve to storm into his office. “Song Yan, we need to talk.” “About what?” “About dating. I want all of you, body and soul!” “...” * Lately, the doctors and nurses at the hospital had been gossiping. Dr. Song was nearly at the age to settle down, but he still didn’t have a girlfriend. Was he planning to stay single forever...? Then someone accidentally pushed open the office door that was rarely opened. The refined, abstinent Dr. Song everyone knew was pinning a young woman to a chair, his voice low and tender. “Little girl, who was it that said she wanted to date me?” (A gorgeous heiress who seems like a couch potato but is actually a lucky star X a serious doctor who’s cold on the outside, warm on the inside, and quiet but sharp-tongued) One-on-one romance, no misunderstandings, guaranteed sweetness.
