Happy Well-Off Village

"Happy and Well-off Village" takes the country's "14th Five-Year Plan" (2021-2025) as the background. It tells the story of Chen Shuyuan, a master of economics, who took root in Shazaowan, Shakou Township, Northwest Feng, and led the villagers from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization. Through the spiritual inheritance of three generations of builders (the border youth of the 1950s → the educated youth of the 1980s → the youth of the new era), and focusing on the three main lines of upgrading national characteristic industries, ecological governance, and cultural revitalization, the work shows the turbulent process of Shazao Bay's transformation from a "hollowed poverty town" to an "oasis happiness sample". In the collision between wind and sand, the protagonist group used policy wisdom to solve industrial dilemmas, balance the ecological economy, and awaken cultural identity. Finally, in the final year of the "14th Five-Year Plan", they handed over a warm "happy and well-off" answer sheet and planted the seeds of hope for the sustainable development of the "15th Five-Year Plan".
