In the Song Dynasty in the human world, cracks appeared in Nuwa's Heaven-Mending Divine Stone, and "Wu" that was supposed to be sealed penetrated the three realms. Wukong disappeared, and the gods and Buddhas in the heavens struggled to fight against "Wu" and could not escape. [Bi Luotian] gatekeepers Su Yi and Liu Er were the first to come into contact with "Wu", and were purified by the Emperor of Heaven but lost most of their divinity. They fell into the human world, and met the little Taoist priest Zuo Yi on the way, and together they looked for a way to repair the sacred stone.
