My Cthulhu Game

By the way, seriously speaking, can the temporary madness caused by the lowered san value be able to reorganize the logical chain and restore the sanity value by "doing a set of math problems"? For example, if a person's one-time reduction of sanity reaches a threshold, but the basic sanity has not actually disappeared, but is temporarily crazy because of "witnessing the unknown beyond the scope of human understanding", then is it really possible to reconstruct the sanity and restore the sanity value through "strong and sophisticated logical operations to redirect thoughts back to human order thinking"? Although the physiological mutation of the brain caused by the "supernatural shock that changes the physiological structure brought by the evil god" cannot be reconstructed, it should be possible for ordinary supernatural monsters such as Xiuji, Star Color, and Black Goat Young Son, whose "witnessing pollution is limited to broken logic and mental shock", right? After all, if there are people who are not in the protagonist system and want to fight against supernatural beings, they will definitely witness many supernatural events, but there is no sanity pool to replenish. It is more interesting to restore sanity through logical operations and mathematical thinking than to drink coffee and smoke to restore sanity like many unreliable village rules.

Chen Qiang was a secret keeper, and he was a secret keeper until the end. That's great. Although the writing is not extensive in the end, it is still very complete. After all, the body is the most important thing. Thank you to the author. It is really a great work.

Tell me, am I not the only one who has doubts about Chen Qiang's identity? It feels like there have been crazy hints from the very beginning to now. And I don't know if the system will take most of the blame. Anyway, either Chen Qiang is not as simple as he seems, or the nature of the system is more than just a system. (I don't know why the more I look at the system, the more it looks like the ancient god training system...)

Come on! This book deserves better results, but it is a pity that the genre is too niche. I have already recommended it to the old pigeons in my running group.

In order to praise the author, I actually linked the account to my mobile phone. The author has a three-dimensional view and is very upright. He writes about many good people and good deeds, and the supporting characters are full of characters. My favorite character is Mr. Beethoven. I don't know if the author has read "The Legend of the Three Giants". Compared with the lonely and strong images in the "Three Giants", the characters in the author's works are more optimistic and powerful. It is inexplicably touching when I read it. The protagonist Chen Qiang is a very complicated character. Whenever it comes to the protagonist, the author's description seems to bring him into it, and the inner drama is very full. Although he is obviously loyal and honest in writing, he can't find any shortcomings. It has a strong meaning of "Mencius rebels but does not conquer". This is in line with the self-positioning of homeboys. In the novel, Nayako says that the protagonist has a disease in his head, and if it is not treated, he may suffer serious illness, but he has not yet explained what the problem is. Now that I see it, I always feel that the protagonist is the biggest joke in the novel. He is independent from the world, lives a game, and regards himself as a PL. This problem was fully released when I downloaded the dungeon twice. This can be seen as a touchstone for the protagonist on his way to self-growth, and is also a problem that everyone must accept and solve in their growth process. Is this the problem that Naiya pointed out? I can only guess.

——Xuan Jun, 2nd century AD Preface: Those who admire the Tao are like those who follow the Tao. They all know things but do not know the way. I have often heard that it is not people who diligently seek knowledge, but those who know are diligent in seeking knowledge. But I know its fallacy. Those who know are not seeking people, but actually going out and chasing them away. Those who are profound and ruthless are like hawks and dogs chasing rabbits. The sky is covered by heavy clouds, the rivers and lakes are gloomy, and the swimming fish are at a loss. Suddenly I saw Bo Mingshi moving, fortunately it was given by heaven, and I immediately took care of it. The fish was caught and killed, and the same was true for those who followed the road. Those who see carvings with their eyes will be healed by their understanding, those who hear the symphony with their ears will be healed by their intelligence, and those who have wonderful thoughts will be healed by their hearts. Volume 1: A single scorching fire can burn all things. How can fire survive when things perish? The Tao of one breath can comprehend all things, but where is the Tao when things die? The dung beetle turns the pill, and when the pill is completed, it is thought about carefully. If there are white crawlers, they are stored in the pill, and the shell is removed and the cicada appears. He doesn't think about it, and he sneers and laughs? When a cook makes crab soup, he leaves a few feet behind. The crabs are already cooked, but the remaining feet are still moving. It's the living and the dead, gathering and scattering in one breath. There is neither life nor death, but people are planning to call it life or death. There are those who stand for death, those who sit for death, those who lie down for death, those who are sick for death, and those who take medicine for death. Waiting to die, there is no difference between A and B. Those who know it cannot see life, so they cannot see death. People are disgusted with life and death, and they are all serious troubles. For example, if you transform into a human being, if you have the aversion to life and death and the aspiration to transcend life and death, you will no longer be called a monster, but will not be called a Tao. When considering the dead, one may say that the dead one has something, some may say that the dead one has nothing, some may say that the dead one has both something and nothing, or one may say that the dead one does not exist and does not exist. It may be said that one should be happy, or that one should be afraid, or that one should be responsible, or that one should surpass. The more you become aware of your emotions, the more you will pursue your goals. Little do I know that my life and death are like the hands of a horse or the wings of an ox. They originally did not exist and will never exist again. Volume 2: If you eat a lot, your life will be long and your shape will be extended; if there is no moon and fire at night, people will not see me, and your shape will be invisible. What do you want to know, what do you want to do? While alive, one day dies, one day dies, one ten years dies, one hundred years dies. Although the actions of the undead person are wise, they are not called life, not death. Those in stillborn fetuses and dead eggs are both people and things. Although the world is huge, they don't know it. Those who account for heaven and earth are all aware of me. For example, if the hand does not touch the blade, the blade will not hurt anyone. My Tao is like a sword. If you use the edge to cut something, it will be sharp, but if you hold the edge with your hand, it will hurt. Volume 3: If everyone uses their souls to capture their souls, if there is more than enough gold, there will be insufficient wood. The soul is hidden in the soul, and the soul is wandering because of it. Those who see that the soul has no distinction and analysis, and those who differentiate and analyze it are called heaven and earth, this is a bad habit of the soul. The dreamer's soul is indifferent to analysis, and those who analyze it separately and say "other" and "me" are the soul's habits. Fire generates earth, so God creates business; earth generates metal, and intention generates soul. What God moves is not named God, but is named Yi; what is moved by the mind is not named Yi, but is named Po. But the sage knows that I have no self, and knows that there is no self, and that everything exists because of thoughts and calculations. Therefore, I treat all things with their nature, not with their heart. Nature means that the heart is not yet mature, and if there is no heart, then there is no intention. If there is no fire, there will be no earth, and if there is no intention, there will be no soul. If there is no soil, there will be no gold. If one does not exist, all five will be destroyed. Not only can it conjure up all things in the world as soul, but it can also conjure up all things in the world as soul. Everything wonderful in creation is my soul, everything in creation is my soul, so there is nothing that can conquer me. With human power, there are things that can take over the creation of heaven and earth, such as thunder in winter, ice in summer, dead corpses walking, dead trees blooming, ghosts caught in beans, fishing in cups, painted doors opening, and earth ghosts talking. Not only can it conjure up all things in the world as soul, but it can also conjure up all things in the world as soul. Everything wonderful in creation is my soul, everything in creation is my soul, so there is nothing that can conquer me. If the heart conceals good and bad luck, it will be captured by spirit ghosts. If the heart conceals men and women, it will be captured by lustful ghosts. He uses his essence, this person uses his essence, and when the two essences compete, the spirit responds. Those captured by ghosts may interpret strange things, strange things, or auspicious things, and they will be proud. We don't call ghosts bowing, but we call Dao bowing. Over time, they will become dead wood, dead metal, dead ropes, or dead wells. Only the sage can be divine but not divine. He can control all things and grasp their opportunities. He can gather them, disperse them, and control them. His sun responds to all things, and his heart is at peace. Volume 4: If you see a person with a human head and a snake body, a person with no arms and fish scales, or an earthen cow or a wooden horse, don't be surprised. These strange things are not as strange as dreams, and dreams are not as strange as sleep. It is especially strange if they have ears, eyes, hands, and arms. Great words cannot be spoken, great wisdom cannot be thought. Dragons and dragons, snakes and turtles, fish and clams, dragons can all do it. A dragon is just a dragon. It cannot be a dragon, a snake, a turtle, a fish, or a clam. However, it is difficult for dishonest people to have self-confidence, but it is easy for them to believe in things, so they do it falsely. There are those who chant mantras, those who serve gods, those who have ink characters, and those who change their fingers. They can all control the gods and Qi and change all things. The Tao is essentially non-existent, and those who return things to the Tao will gain some breath; The venerable person who has gained the Tao can assist the world; the independent person who has gained the Tao can establish me. Those who know that what is beyond the reach of time can turn one day into a hundred years, and those who know that a hundred years can turn into one day; those who know that what is beyond the reach of the square can turn one mile into a hundred miles, and those who know that a hundred miles can turn into one mile; Those who have attained the pure Tao cannot be burdened by anything, and their bodies are light, and they can ride on phoenixes and cranes; To be is to be nothing, and to be nothing is to be. Those who know this way can control ghosts and gods; reality is emptiness, emptiness is reality, and those who know this way can enter gold and stone; up is down, and down is up; those who know this way can serve the stars; the past is the present, the present is the past, and those who know this way can divine things; people are me, and I am people. Knowing that images change from the heart, using this to observe the mind, one can become a baby girl; knowing that qi arises from the heart, using this to absorb the spirit, one can become a furnace. With this precious object, tigers and leopards can subdue; with this same object, water and fire can enter. Only a Taoist person can do it, and he can do it but not do it. Volume 5: The formation of earth puppets includes nobles and lowly, scholars and women. Its texture is soil, its loam is human. A withered tortoise has no self, but it can see great knowledge; a magnet has no self, but it can see great power; bells and drums have no self, but it can see great sound; boats and chariots have no self, but it can see distant travels. Therefore, although I am a person with wisdom, strength, actions and sounds, I do not have a self. Like beating a drum, the shape of the drum is what I have; the sound of the drum is what I feel. The song has passed, but the remaining sound is still there, but it will no longer exist. The shape of the drum is like my essence, and the sound of the drum is like my spirit. The rest of the sound is like the soul, knowing that the husband comes and goes quickly, so how can I have the energy of the five elements? Then all things in the heaven and earth are my essence, my spirit, my soul, my soul. Which one dies and which one lives? Qingluanzi is a thousand-year-old and has become a thousand-year-old; Taozi has become a thousand-year-old and has a five-year-old heart. A plowman who learns about oxen will become rugged, a hunter who learns about tigers will become brave, a fisherman who learns about water will become strong, and a warrior who learns about horses will become strong. All things can be for me. My body can be transformed into pinworms on the inside, lice and fleas on the outside, turtles and fishes on the inside, rats and ants on the inside. I can be all things. The shadows cast by monsters can kill me, and I am the one who knows and is ignorant, so I am everywhere in the world. Although the heaven and the earth are large, they have colors and shapes, numbers and directions. I have neither color nor shape, nor number nor square, but the existence of heaven, heaven and earth. Water can be separated or combined, but the essence has no one; fire is the anointing and fuel spirit, and there is no self. There is no one with essence, so when the rice is peeled off, the essence remains. With spirit, there is no self, so ghosts rely on things to see the spirit. Those who are full of essence forget right and wrong, forget gains and losses, and what is here is not that. Those who hold the spirit are dim and bright, strong and weak, and what is there is not this. There is no home in oneself, and the form is self-contained. It moves like water, is still like a mirror, and responds like sound. Volume 6: Learning to shoot, to play, to play, to play the harp, to play the harp, there is nothing that can be achieved in one breath, but the Tao is invisible and has no method, so it can be achieved in one breath. Those who are good at teasing and burning turtles in ancient times can show the past in the present, the ancient in the present, the high in the middle shows the low, the low in the middle shows the high, the small in the big shows, the big in the small shows the small, one in the many, many in the one, people in the things, things in the people, me in the other, and he in the me. This is the way. Its origin has no present, its past has no past, its high has no cover, its low has no support, its big has no outside, its small has no inside, its outside has nothing, its inside has no one, its near has no self, and its far has no other. It cannot be analyzed, it cannot be combined, it cannot be described, it cannot be thought of. But it is muddy, so it is the Tao. Volume 7: There is nothing that is not heaven, nothing that is not fate, nothing that is not God, and nothing that is not Yuan. If things are like this, how can people not be the same? Everyone can be called Heaven, everyone can be called God, and everyone can be fatally connected to the Yuan. This heaven is not heaven, this god is not god, destiny is not destiny, Yuan is not Yuan. Therefore, those who are good at my Tao are those who know the heaven and the gods in one thing, and create the element of death. To learn from it, favor different names and analyze the same facts. After getting it, the agreement is the same and the different names are forgotten. Therefore, if you hear the Tao in the dynasty, you will die at night Don't be confused by reading the classical Chinese text. Additional note: If you see someone being fooled, you still have to explain that this is actually an excerpt and adaptation by a fellow fan based on "Guan Yinzi". I don't know the original source, but it must have been compiled by modern people with some Cthulhu elements. But sometimes it's really interesting to use this to set up the running team script. Note: Guan Yinzi, the founder of the Louguan sect of Taoism. Ming happy, who was once a pass official, was the same as Taishang Laojun (ie Laozi), and was the one who left Hangu Pass in the west.

Share an interesting picture, hahahahaha...

After reading this chapter, I found that many people do not understand the 7th edition rules, or use the 6th edition rules to apply them. In fact, a fully translated version of the 7th edition rules has been available around the end of 2017. I also have one, and I have played COC for 2 years with the 7th edition rules. It is really a trap that I gave up because the environment was too bad. I will also put some of the more commonly used entries in the 7th Edition regular rule book and the rules that were misused before they were fully translated (the most heavily inspired area, everyone who has played COC probably knows it) in the post. Those who are interested can take a look Big success: Throw 01 Failing: Rolling 100 always results in a critical failure; if the roll's success range is less than 50, rolling 96-100 results in a critical failure. Regular Difficulty Level: The opponent's skills or attributes are <50, or the general situation in which the task poses a challenge to the competent person. The player succeeds if the value he rolls is ≤ his skill or attribute. Hard difficulty level: The opponent's skills or attributes are ≥50, or the task poses a challenge to professionals. A player must roll a value ≤ half of their skill or attribute to be successful. Extreme difficulty level: The opponent's skills or attributes are ≥90, or the difficulty of the task has touched the boundary of human possibility. A player must roll a value ≤ one-fifth of their skill or attribute to be successful. Opposed roll Used when two investigators are pitted against each other. Both parties test the same at the same time A skill or attribute: Great success is better than extremely difficult success. Extremely difficult success is better than difficult success. Hard success is better than regular success. Routine success is better than failure or big failure. If there is a tie, the side with higher skill (or attribute) wins. If there is still a tie, a deadlock is reached or both sides reroll. You cannot push a single die on an opposed roll.
