Traveling to the Stars

"Limited communication, limited contact, limited response, limited interference" is the policy set by mankind for the development of its own civilization. Growing up in a remote galactic civilized society, without access to advanced technology and evolutionary methods, a young man could use the stars and star maps to explore the secrets of the universe, find his own evolutionary path, achieve great things, and help the Human Alliance realize its dream of dominating the universe.
