Love or Illusion

I've made it halfway through my youth. I have no right to criticize it, so I take it upon myself to look back fondly. I never had the chance to see it all, and now I regretfully realize that some scenes are starting to fade and break apart.

Only now do I remember the self who grew up between truth and illusion, the future I once dreamed of, and the present I once longed for.

Only now do I remember them, those girls, and her.

She will too, won't she?

If not now, then someday.

Will we still remember the past and present of today in the future, and think of the future as it once appeared to our past selves?

And will that future be peaceful?
