After the Charming Wife Divorces

Lu Yu married Lan Yu, who looked like his first love, Zhao Xiaofei, out of spite.

Lan Yu came from a wealthy family. She was simple and innocent, and when someone pursued her with such overwhelming intensity for the first time, she thought it was love.

She married Lu Yu, a dashing, tall, handsome young man with no money.

With the help of the Lan family, Lu Yu soon became a somewhat well-known director and began living lavishly.

Once Lu Yu had money, people started looking at Lan Yu differently.

Aside from her family background, she didn't really have much going for her. Those who had met Zhao Xiaofei often called Lan Yu a stand-in behind her back.

Everyone around her knew, except her.

When she was pregnant for the first time, Zhao Xiaofei came back. The moment Lu Yu saw her, he turned to Lan Yu and coldly said:

"She's back. You have to step aside."

Then he left with his arm around Zhao Xiaofei, leaving pregnant Lan Yu to face the situation alone.

After drinking, Lu Yu declared that he could do without Lan Yu, but he wanted the child.

After Zhao Xiaofei humiliated her, Lan Yu finally came to her senses and went to get an abortion alone.

Lu Yu angrily pointed at her and asked, "Why?"

She calmly replied:

"Because I never loved you. I loved your richer best friend..."
