I Ran Into a Foxy Cloud Knight, and Nothing Could Stop Them from Giving It Their All

The elders plant trees, and the younger generations enjoy the shade.

The elders planted the Jianmu tree, and now the younger generations can hardly find any shade.

I'm an ordinary long-lived species with no grand ambitions.

Across the Xianzhou Alliance, you could grab a handful of people just like me: folks who coast through life, making every day up as they go until they find their purpose, thanks to their long lifespans.

In my two-hundredth year of doing nothing, I was wandering down the street.

Some thrill-seeker must have lost control while racing a starskiff in broad daylight.

As the starskiff came closer and closer, I glanced at my arms and legs, which hadn't had a proper workout in over a century, and resigned myself to my fate. I only hoped I wouldn't get smashed into too many pieces.

Yes, that's how we Xianzhou natives are. Put us back together after we've been shattered, and we're good as new.

In the blink of an eye, a Foxian Cloud Knight appeared with a whoosh and brought the starskiff to a stop.

By my Reignbow Arbiter!

The last time my heart beat this fast was... the last time.

Looks like I'm going to have to take the adult exam after all.

Pairing: Feixiao

The heroine is a hardcore Feixiao fan and a devoted woman.

Reader warnings:

First-person narration.

The characters are extremely out of character, and the plot contains a lot of made-up lore.

Elementary-school-level writing, with practically no logic.

This is purely a self-indulgent work written to satisfy the author's personal tastes. If you're into it, I'm honored, my friend.

The author gets anxious easily, so updates will be irregular.
