[Road Trip Adventure] [Western Fantasy Witches] [A Magical Mishmash] [Cat Cuddling]
[Complete. Happy reading!]
Prince Lucas fell gravely ill, so the king summoned a great healing mage to treat him.
But the mage had an urgent matter to attend to, so he sent his apprentice, the little witch Ashlyn, to help in his place.
The illness was cured, but... after sunrise, why was there a black cat lying in the royal bed?
Only then did Ashlyn remember that there was apparently only one word's difference between the black cat curse and the healing spell.
When night falls, the black cat turns back into a prince.
The prince as a human: (bows) (offers his hand) After you, Miss Witch.
The prince as a cat: (glares) (hisses) Keep your filthy hands away from me! I just finished grooming!
Ashlyn: Wait, are you really the same person (cat)?
Never mind. Breaking the curse comes first. Until then, surely I'll get to pet a cat someday.
The good news is, there is a way to break the curse.
The bad news is, it can only be used once.
They must travel to different magical ruins, meet all kinds of magical creatures, and find four objects hidden in a riddle.
With Lucas's help (and coercion), Ashlyn made all the preparations:
Face a fierce dragon? She stayed up all night studying dragon magic so she could tame it.
Visit the noble elves? She carefully prepared what to say, all for the chance to meet her childhood elven idol.
But no one told her that the dragon was just a baby who loved playing house. It would steal dolls from the village, hug her, call her Mama, and refuse to let her go;
That her beautiful, cultured elven idol was allergic to cat hair, and the moment the prince showed up, they were thrown into prison;
Or that the prince's curse would seem to grow stronger once they reached the orc lands...
As for the evil force in the dark labyrinth, the black witch thwarting their plans, and the final riddle...
They had no idea where to begin.
Ashlyn was starting to fall apart.
Still, at least she had never been good at preparing. She was made for improvisation.
The only problem was that she seemed a little reluctant to part with this sharp-tongued kitten, or rather, this gentle prince.
After all, witches and princes were never meant to travel the same road.
Lucas had always thought he would remain a bored prince at court forever, until he met this reckless little witch.
Of course, they had to break the curse. Of course, he had to turn back into a prince. Of course, there was a world of difference between princes and witches.
But by the time he realized he had grown used to the little witch's smile, and was purring whenever she stroked him...
It seemed everything had happened too late.
Notes and content warnings:
1. A Western fantasy fairy-tale setting, half dark conspiracy and half fairy tale. At its heart, this is a young adult fantasy adventure, with each location leading to the next after they spend some time there.
2. Couple: a gifted forest witch and a prince who switches between human and cat forms. Happy ending.
3. Alternating POVs by chapter, with more from the heroine. Love grows over time, and they have feelings for each other.
4. The hero and heroine are both young and still growing, and neither is perfect.
5. The heroine has a magical growth and leveling arc, and the hero... the hero gets one too (?)
6. Okay, this really is a fairy tale, believe me!
(I drew both the cover and the character designs) (shameless self-promotion)
Theme: True magic comes from within.
Is this Sarnova disguised as Knox? Zach's reaction was very wrong, and the last chapter also mentioned that he was familiar with this person's aura. He had never seen Sarnova.
Support this Elaine to become the crown prince 🧋 I can't think of any possibility that she will not become the king.
Mom: Secretly eating her daughter's CP [Orange Candy]
Wow, it's so grand, I thought it was a proposal 🐶🌹
Ending: Spreading Flowers [Touch your head] [Touch your head] [Touch your head] It's amazing to write the first book like this! The ending was a bit rushed, and I felt like the villain was not handled well, but it doesn't matter! Give me a lot of delicious extras now (reach out)
Everyone opens Jinjiang Literature City to support my goddess's great third update.
Oh, I really like this setting. There is an episode of Weird Town where I went fishing and was chased by a water monster and then found out that it was man-made. This wonderful fusion of mysterious creatures and machinery didn't know why it particularly poked me [Three-flowered Cat Head]
I feel like the HP would be a lion and an eagle!
Are there any copyright issues? (Scratches head) Because Jinjiang has a whole derivative area besides original works, I thought it was officially supported. There are people writing all kinds of works and there are many paid articles. It should be a gray area where there is controversy. If you write a welfare extra (?) And it's not for commercial use (?), Maybe it doesn't matter? Actually, I wanted to watch HP AU so much. It was so cute. Quidditch Potions class, the love potion Goblet of Fire. Serve it to me [bursts crying] These two are so cute when I think about them being classmates!
Yes, it's a discounted egg 🌈. Watching three versions of one extra is equal to three extras!
