Genshin Impact: Will the Lazy Dragon Girl Take Her Big Nephew on a Sleepwalk Through Teyvat?

A Ineffa-focused selfcest story inspired by "I, too, once longed for a place to call home." A Qiaoqi mixed-blood dragon baby also appears. The story mainly follows the title, but it is not a dream fic.

The setting is a back-and-forth between Teyvat and a parallel Teyvat. In every sense, the parallel Teyvat is a happy family kind of world.

Specifically, it's the difference between:

"The Great King of Law Plays ZZZ" and "The Great King of Law Plays ZZZ."

The premise of the first transmigration: By general reasoning, after Yi Lailapuh Chuibolu of CL-11 "Mirror of the Morning" finished her last words and promptly kicked the bucket, she opened her eyes again and wondered, "Where the heck did they dump me? Is this still my country?"

As a former Sacred Dragon, now a full-fuel dragon pulled out of eternal slumber by Avaggio, "Mirror of the Morning" did not want to open her eyes. She hoped it was all a hallucination.

Seriously, what kind of dragon opens her eyes after dying and sees that old geezer who used to be, or even still is, in her eyes an irresponsible, decadent wastrel? And he's even taken on a human appearance! Golden hair, black sunglasses, practically screaming to every dragon that he's the Fourth Seat!

Even if "The Hermit of All Fates" is somehow the only Supreme Lord still alive in this Teyvat, it doesn't change the fact that his lofty title seems to be all he has. All he does is obsess over research, and now he's even more hopelessly addicted to human children, so out of it he doesn't know which way is up! He's fallen so far that he's actually going to marry a bug...!

(ps. Before waking up, she unconsciously modeled Ineffa's face. Deep down, the dragon girl still wanted to travel with Ineffa, so she has no right to say any of this x

This is truly horrifying for a dragon! The future of the Supreme Lords looks bleak...!

Of course, that was Lailapuh's first impression of the parallel world.

And now?

Now, of course, she's given up and is just coasting!

It's already great just to be alive! And every so often she gets to watch Kumulukan bicker with humans and get thoroughly trounced. It's so much fun!

Finding out Avaggio married a human was no big deal. Finding out Xibalanke and Ouchikan had already gotten together was a big deal! After learning that all sorts of people who shouldn't have ended up together had married happily, "Mirror of the Morning" decided to give up completely, at least mentally.

It's just a shame this world doesn't have Ineffa.

Lailapuh realized she actually quite liked the original "Paradox," who had become a separate individual after being split off from her. After all, she was another possibility Lailapuh had once been unable to face because she couldn't let go of the dignity and pride of dragonkind. Could they have become family?

After attending the prisoner's wedding, the world's only Supreme Lord, who had awakened by accident just to humor Avaggio, made her most laid-back decision yet:

She would be an ordinary, easygoing little sister.

More specifically, a year later, she would become a good aunt to the Fourth Seat's dear son. Lailapuh had to admit that his human wife was far more likable to dragons than he was.

The silver lining to the bad luck: when the child was ten, the thoughtless Kumulukan somehow managed to trigger a massive explosion just by doing an experiment, sending his innocent, adorable son and his good little sister, who had come along with him, crashing back to the world she had died in.

"Mirror of the Morning" had this to say: If you can't do it right, then don't do it. Okay?

After returning to her original world, Lailapuh reached a conclusion:

Travel between similar worlds isn't permanent. So her little nephew would eventually return too. It was only a matter of time.

She also discovered that the Fourth Seat, the prisoner, hadn't died. He had merely turned into a flat, abstract pixel sprite and forgotten much of his old life as a Supreme Lord. He was even dozens of times more childish than the Kumulukan in the other world.

"Mirror of the Morning" was puzzled: Listen to the childish things he says. I thought the prisoner was already childish enough, but it turns out that little pixel card is even worse!

The child who transmigrated and discovered that his dad and father weren't even planning to get together: Nooo! I'm going to! Get! My! Two dads, whose love hasn't even started yet, together! They have to get married! Even in another world, a child needs a complete family!

The reborn Eleventh Seat: Two thousand years ago, I looked down on Paradox! Two thousand years later, Paradox is the apple of my eye! And the little one by Ineffa's side is just adorable!

I got killed several times during Ineffa's main story quest and finally managed to beat it with a permafreeze team. The pain!)
