The Years I Spent Pretending to Be Mentally Ill [Honkai: Star Rail Crossover]

[This book was conceived before version 3.5 and started before version 3.6. It's become completely fan-made lore now (I never imagined the Amphoreus and Xianzhou story would end like this). [Just bear with it and read along. Think of it as a dream.] Blurb: "Hello. By the time you read this, I may already be at version 1.4. "Maybe I'll turn into space junk, fall into a baby-like sleep, or jump into a volcano and try to swim in the magma. "Or maybe a Chimera will crush me. As everyone knows, the odds of being killed by a Chimera are low, but not zero." Written by Little Xing after waking up for the nth time with a Chimera on top of him. So... how did things end up like this? At first, he just went out as usual, but the next second, he fell into an unfamiliar world. Faced with the car he'd crashed into, he chose to... Use Oronis's prayer on it! Failed! You think you can use Amphoreus's sword to cut down officials in another world? How naive! That day, Little Xing set out to make deals with people and find a way home. But he discovered that the local environment was not very welcoming to aliens. Just then, a bunch of strange people began making offers to him. The self-proclaimed strongest dessert devourer: Little Xing is so cute, of course he should come with us! The bandage freak who seems totally nuts: Get lost! Little Xing, don't listen to these corporate drones. Come with us and you'll work two days, then get five off! The colorful cult leader: Come on, come on. Your blood is rare, but I only eat girls! The third-generation head with the flowing hair and two forms: Little Xing, would you like to visit my Hyakki Yako? Little Xing: ... Little Xing falls silent, lies flat, and plays dead. Thanks for asking. I'm exhausted. Note: A crossover between Honkai: Star Rail and assorted anime, mostly a lighthearted, cozy, healing slice-of-life story. The protagonist is a clever, well-behaved kid with a stoic personality. There is no romance before he comes of age. Includes an original interpretation of Acheron, with the protagonist's perspective on her parents' romance. Theme: *Everyone's proof that they lived*
