The Pinker the Hair, the Harder the Punch

[Complete. Character art has been posted. See the author's page for details.] (The author scrambles around desperately asking for follows) (lets out a piercing shriek) (crawls around in the dark) Blurb: Elynas thought he was finally ready to fade away. But he was born again in another world, this time as a human. In this life, he was called Hu Zhi Youyu. He had parents and a grandfather, and gained a little brother when he was three. Most importantly, his new body had the power to heal. It was a gift Elynas had never dared to dream of. However, not long after his little brother was born, their parents vanished without a trace. His only family now was his brother and grandfather. In this beautiful yet dangerous world, he had to protect his family, Elynas thought as he watched someone nearby smash a twisted monster to pieces. Then the white-haired man picked him up. Hu Zhi Youyu: ? 5t5: Geto! I found a kid who's not afraid of curses! xyj: Don't kidnap children, Gojo! Note: The protagonist is an NPC from Genshin Impact. In the original work, he remained in Teyvat after dying. This story assumes he was reincarnated after the Traveler came through. You don't need to have played Genshin Impact to enjoy it; the backstory will be explained in the story. This isn't a traditional coming-of-age story. On the surface, the protagonist is a healer and dad, but in the middle and later parts, his damage output is absurdly high. The original work doesn't describe it, so this is the author's own setting. The protagonist is chaotic good, with a sweet exterior and a dark side, then sweet again. He does what he believes is good. He's loved by everyone but doesn't know it. His admirers include: 5t5: A mix of comedy and heartfelt moments. xyj: Redemption and very obvious romantic interest. Blueberry Yogurt: Might not actually be an admirer. (Kicked away by the others.) Inari Sky Fox: The only reliable adult. (Meaning all the others are unreliable adults.) The main pairing might not be revealed until the second half of the story. I'll try to keep everyone in character. (Though honestly, 5t5 and xyj seem impossible to write out of character.) This is a story about believing in good things. In support of medical staff uprooting willows with their bare hands. Dedicated to kicking out every single character death. (Ahh, both Yuji and Elynas are angels, ahhh!) Message: Kind people will be treated with kindness.
