After Being Disfigured, I Became a Beauty NPC in a Horror Game

Clear a horror instance and earn points.

Other players choose to buy enhancement potions, special abilities, and powerful items.

The protagonist chooses jaw and facial contouring, a comprehensive nose job, double-eyelid revision...

Temporary blurb, to be revised later.

Overall, it's a cheesy, melodramatic story about improper relationships with players and BOSSes. Clear each instance and become a little prettier, until finally the protagonist becomes a beauty beyond comprehension.

The protagonist suffers from severe appearance anxiety and botched plastic surgery from the start.

The protagonist has a serious moral flaw that can't be ignored. He's the sort who would set a forest on fire just to get better lighting for a selfie (that's a metaphor, he won't actually do it).

Theme: Don't give up hope for life, even when facing hardship
