After waking up from a deep sleep, Jiang Xia discovers that he has transmigrated to the world of cultivation, and his age has been reset to zero.

More than a decade later, Jiang Xia has long since joined a sect and chosen his career path. But just then, his long-overdue golden finger finally arrives.

The good news: his golden finger is a System.

The bad news: it's a life-creation System, and Jiang Xia is a crafting cultivator, the sort who can't change professions.

As far as Jiang Xia is concerned, the only use for the System is to deal with the defective products left over from his artifact-making and provide him with some cultivation materials as compensation.

As for the various supernatural incidents that keep happening around the sect, Jiang Xia thinks those rumors are utterly ridiculous. How could demons and ghosts cause trouble in their sect for so long? He'd sooner believe the recent claim from a member of some reclusive sect who suddenly appeared, warning that a great calamity is coming...

Never mind. What does the world of those great figures have to do with an utterly average crafting cultivator like me?

Jiang Xia shakes his head and casually tosses the sword he just synthesized into a storage bag made through a System quest. At first glance, it looks like no ordinary item, but, as expected, the appraisal says it's no different from an ordinary sword.

Before long, a peerless sword cultivator appears out of nowhere in the cultivation world.
