Ancient black history, stuff the author wrote while losing their mind. This one's a dead end.
This is the author's ancient black history, an old idea they only recently dug up. Strictly speaking, this is the author's true first novel (they almost forgot about it themselves). It was published before, but taken down across the whole internet. (Back then, the author was making dumplings just to go with the vinegar for A5. After writing the plot they wanted, nobody read it, the author was terrible at playing their cards, and some things happened at home, so in the end they deleted it.)
I'll just put it up for now. If I have time, I'll fix the awkward phrasing. Consider it a commemoration of how I felt after finishing Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V back then. Everyone can just consider this story complete.
If enough people like it, I'll write more when I have time. (Looks away.) (How could anyone possibly read such a niche topic as A5? (Gives up on life.))

Shuzo Hiiragi, just you wait. One day I'll make the tomato the protagonist and have him protect everyone's smiles.jpg
A new idea for Yuya is already on the way.JPG
Note: The original version of this story was published by the author on another platform and has since been taken down. It was originally published in October 2022, and I have screenshots as proof.
Here's the actual synopsis:
The card games in this story are just for fun. This is an ARC-V fanfic with major alterations, so proceed at your own risk. The duels won't appear in the main text. The author has given up writing the duel setups. You can read this even if you've never played the card game. It's not a serious card-game story, and the author hasn't played that much.
This story is also known as The Wonderful Adventures of Me and the Tomato (the Core of the Cabbage), The Humble Tomato Fan's Attempt to Rescue the Tomato's Reputation, How Did the Promised Duelist Turn Into a Summoner?, Is Something Wrong with Playing Cards in a Fantasy World?, and Please, Yuya A-Mon.
True (False) Blurb:
Yuya, the fifth-generation King of Duels, happily submitted his life story to Konami, just like the generations before him, only to get disastrous results. Extremely dissatisfied with how two genius scriptwriters had portrayed him, Yuya believed they had failed to pass on the doctrine of Smiling Through Dueling. So he decided to find a partner and travel to a fantasy world to spread the doctrine and bring smiles to its people.
False (True) Blurb:
Like countless other fantasy stories, the Tianling Continent has an unremarkable system of cultivation ranks. Might makes right, cultivators train their spiritual energy and aspire to the supreme Dao, gaining long lives. But cultivators have never been the only people in this world. How can those who cannot embark on the path of cultivation, or who have very poor talent, find happiness on this land?
Though he passed the test set by the King of Duels from another world, and though he gained the power to change the world's rules, how can he protect the smiles of the people in this world? Thirteen years after arriving in another world, Zhang Wen, a card-game enthusiast who inexplicably gained a spirit companion, sets off on a journey to realize his and his companion's ideals.
Theme: I want to create a world where Yuya can make everyone happy!
