Hey, Old Man! Let Go of My Frail and Helpless Master [Pili]

Second Version

The ancient sage Nanyang could not bear to see the people suffer. He spent three hundred years among them, relieving their misery and saving lives. The people built a shrine to him and made a statue in his likeness. When the Gate of Heaven opened, the sage Nanyang climbed the Heavenly Ladder three times but could not enter. He later chose a day and passed away.

Some busybodies claimed that the sage Nanyang had stolen a thread of immortal fortune from before the Gate of Heaven, and that anyone who obtained it could ascend to heaven in broad daylight. You shouldn't believe every rumor, but there have always been countless opportunists. Some didn't believe the tales of ascending to heaven in broad daylight, but did believe that immortal fortune could bring the dead back to life and restore flesh to bare bones.

First Version

In the 889th year since I ran away from home, my master wrote to tell me, "If you don't come home soon, I'll give every disciple of Lingxiao Peak one of the peaches from your courtyard."

So I went home, and my master gave me the full package: confinement in a dark room.

But what could I do? You have to spoil your own master.

Even if my master's true love was my old geezer of a grandmaster, I'd have to rally all of Lingxiao Peak to fulfill his dream... Damn it, I can't take this! Shouldn't I be the one my master loves most?!

That day, I blew up the peak of Lingxiao Peak and stood outside the blast radius, lamenting how lonely it was at the top. My master chased me all the way to Shenglong Pass.

My junior brother clung to my leg and sobbed, "Senior Sister, now that you've blown up the roof at home, you can't hit us anymore!"

I sighed. "If you're bad at it, practice more."

That day, I watched my uncle-master and master tear their robes and sever their friendship. What a tragic and heart-rending scene... Then I turned around and realized my new home had been stolen.

"Right Protector, the Dao Lord has gone missing!"

"Right Protector, the Deputy Dao Lord has surrendered!"

"Right Protector..."

"I can't take this anymore! Can you just tell me everything at once?!"

"Right Protector, Taixuan Fengxi killed two disciples to revive... Daojie Tiexie. Lingxiao Peak has been razed to the ground."
