A Few Hours of Forgetting You

One day, a man receives a wedding invitation from his ex-boyfriend's fiance and sets off to attend his ex's wedding. But he crashes the wedding and succeeds in stealing his ex away. Afterward, they clash again, making for a miserable love story in which they argue and fall in love every day.

A second-chance romance with lots of potential triggers. No promise of daily updates. Happy ending.

The story will probably have more of the top's perspective, but that's not certain. It'll depend on the plot. I can't choose an unspecified perspective now, since this isn't a dual-perspective story.

The main story takes place in 2012.

There are a lot of content warnings. Please read carefully before starting, and don't complain about these elements after reading:

1. The characters have a very freewheeling approach to romance. Both have had relationships before meeting each other, and both have other relationships after breaking up but before getting back together. Yet they are still each other's true love. In real life, many people who believe they'll never be with the person they love most end up dating, marrying, and carrying on with their lives instead of remaining single until they die.

2. Same-sex marriage is legal in this setting. Brother Ren and the cannon fodder bottom really intend to get married, but the cannon fodder bottom was once a playboy, and Brother Jing was specially invited by him.

3. This isn't a wish-fulfillment story. The author likes stories that put the protagonist through the wringer.

4. There are painful scenes, and the top can be extremely short-tempered. Since he tends to be the viewpoint character, his way of speaking may make the writing sound sarcastic from time to time.

5. Content warnings may be added at any time. Any new common triggers I'm aware of will be added to the author's notes and blurb.
