You’re a gamer who’s all about slaughter runs.
One day, after maxing out your account with another round of spending, you open the game Conquest Maxed Out: The Struggle Continues, ready to show off and get the hidden total-annihilation ending. Then you’re transported into the game.
To your dismay, you find that all your skill slots are locked, all your weapons have been confiscated, and you’re penniless, with only a few skills to keep you alive. You’re also told that you have to raise affection levels to unlock your skills and return to reality.
So you’re forced to embark on the long road to collecting affection points.
Scenario 1:
A drenched Dazai-kun asks if he can stay the night.
You put on a gentle act, but inwardly you’re disgusted, and turn him away.
“Affection -1”
You: Was I not gentle enough when I turned him down?
Scenario 2:
Your classmates from Jujutsu High, Gojo-kun and Geto-kun, get into a huge fight over you and ask which one you like best.
You throw an arm around each of their necks and shout that they’re both your best bros.
“Affection -1” “Affection -1”
You: Are they trying to take over as the boss?
Scenario 3:
During the Heian period, the dreaded Sukuna-kun doesn’t ask you to fight for once. Instead, he takes you to a festival and buys you clothes.
You suddenly get it and snatch up a pile of the brightest, most flamboyant women’s kimonos to give him.
Sukuna kicks you away.
“Affection -10”
You: Did he think the kimonos were ugly?
In the end, you somehow win them over and fake your death, and the game kicks you back to reality.
Then you discover that the game characters are appearing in front of you one after another.
You: I regret it so much. I really regret it. I never should’ve clicked on this game, which doesn’t even offer refunds or after-sales service!
