In Yokohama, Playing City Mayor Simulator

The three-quarter plan keeps Yokohama peaceful on the surface.

Until one day, a new mayor drops in from nowhere.

She pours money into renovating the Pot City District.

Cracks down on street-fighting gangs.

Opens an orphanage to save wayward (?) youths.

She even nearly demolishes the Port Mafia building for violating regulations.

The citizens have this to say:

A certain agency president: We've got a business license. Don't shut us down.

A certain Hunting Dogs captain: I've already had a taste of prison food. Please reduce my sentence.

A certain boss: We've made the required renovations and paid the fines. Don't demolish us.

A certain black-mud demon: I've thoroughly reflected on my actions that harmed the city's appearance. Please let me resign.

The heroine is at the pinnacle of combat ability and is passionate about infrastructure projects.

Many personal interpretations. Everyone has one-sided feelings, but there are no couples in the main story.

The timeline is a mess.

OOC warning.
