Xu Zhiqiu died, then came back to life. When he opened his eyes, he was back at the time when he was mooching meals and lodging at the Ten Thousand Arrays Hall. The engagement was still in place, his body was still in poor condition, and his fellow disciples had yet to start avoiding him because of his tormenting ways. Thinking about what awaited him in a few years, he chose to stay and lie flat rather than break off the engagement and leave the mountain to protect himself from meeting the same fate. He had only a few years left to live. He couldn't be bothered to move, let alone waste his breath. The ill-fated couple could wait a few more years before enduring their tragic fate. Sure enough, he made it to another wedding. But this time, all six continents were at peace, and his fiancé remained firmly stationed within the sect, without budging an inch. The silver bells in the Sword Pavilion rang, red silk streamed through the air, and this wedding really looked like it might happen. He couldn't die just yet, but he didn't particularly want to get married, either. He couldn't actually let the ill-fated couple be torn apart by his own hand. So, beneath a thousand-year-old peach tree, he leaned against the red railing of a high platform, his bright red wedding robes stirring in the breeze. Amid the sea of blossoms, he removed his red hair ribbon and tossed it down. His white hair spilled after it as he asked the newly appointed Demon Lord who happened to be passing by (?): “Will you take me away?” White hair, red robes, and a carefree smile. The Demon Lord lifted a hand and caught the scarlet ribbon. In the next instant, he caught the crimson figure leaping without hesitation from the high platform and gathered him into his arms. After decades of longing, at last he had stolen the moon and brought it home. 1. One-on-one romance, happy ending. The top is the Demon Lord Xuan Zhi. As the blurb suggests, I wanted to write some classic melodrama. 2. The bottom is very handsome, but he's bad at disguises and has no skill at making faces. He's sick, but can fight, and isn't actually a useless nobody. He's not from this world, so there will be some modern expressions in the story. Also, he's a bit of a jerk. 3. As the blurb says, the male supporting character gets a decent amount of page time. This isn't all about the couple going back and forth together. 4.
