Contract! Starting with a Divine Beast!

Academy setting + academy competitions + power progression + aristocratic academy + raising little ones + unconventional beast taming + wish fulfillment

Also known as: "Transmigrated and Stranded Outside, Every Divine Beast Spirit Is My Kid"

Shi Xi transmigrates into the world's only body of all spirits, capable of forming contracts with three divine beasts at once. But at the awakening ceremony on his first day of school, he manifests the weakest kind of white spiritual power.

With the midterm assessment approaching, Shi Xi still hasn't chosen his first contracted beast. He's too poor.

Fortunately, on his way back to the dorm, he finds a nine-colored egg.

Only, he never expected it to hatch into a pheasant with a rainbow-colored tail.

Shi Xi: A-a chicken is fine too. It can lay eggs. At least I won't starve.

Phoenix hatchling: You're the chicken! Your whole family is chicken!

The midterm assessment arrives right on schedule.

Everyone is waiting to laugh at Shi Xi, except his rich young master of a roommate.

Xie Gui: "If you lose, I'll make your soul scatter into oblivion."

Shi Xi: See? He cares about me so much.

Unexpectedly, something goes wrong during the competition. Xie Gui is badly injured saving Shi Xi, leaving Shi Xi as the only one still clinging to life.

With his opponent closing in, Shi Xi has no choice but to summon his first contracted spirit. "Go, pheasant!"

The phoenix spirit appears. A hundred birds bow before it. Glazed purifying flames erupt, and everything burns.

His opponent's face darkens. "What the hell do you mean, 'pheasant'?!"

Ten thousand years ago, the planes went to war, and the divine beasts suffered devastating losses. To recover, they had no choice but to carve apart their own spiritual bodies.

Since then, some divine beasts have fallen into slumber, while others have gone berserk and become calamities that ravage the land.

Legend has it that only the descent of a "god" can save everything.

A haughty, hot-tempered young lady beauty on offense vs. a cocky, untamed, handsome bottom

1. Bottom's POV, 1v1, mutually doting.

2. A hugely satisfying power-progression story.

3. The bottom is the strongest, and his contracted beasts are the ancestors of other families.

4. An enormous amount of original worldbuilding.
