Little Treasure

The day Xiaobao left, he took nothing with him except a little dog with a limp.

Xiaobao wasn't always called Xiaobao. He had another name, but no one had called him by it for so long that he'd forgotten what it was.

Xiaobao had once been a pampered young master, raised among riches. But a deliberately engineered accident turned his life upside down and made him a family disgrace, a stain they didn't want to talk about.

He left home without knowing where to go. Later, he met an older brother who was trying to jump into a river, and then he gained two older brothers.

One brother stayed by his side and told him he was the family's Xiaobao. The other was in the sky, turned into a star, and would always watch over him.

Xiaobao wasn't clever, but his brothers never looked down on him.

He didn't want to be a stupid bastard. He wanted to be the Gu family's Xiaobao.

Qi An has a little secret: he's taken a liking to the new little brother his neighbor brought home.

He's fallen for that happy little puppy.

P.S. 1. I'm confused and anxious, and my mental state is all over the place. I got carried away and started writing on a whim. I want to write about a happy little puppy. Xiaobao isn't very clever; he's actually rather slow and a bit clumsy.

2. There is a romance, but it's very subtle. If that's not your thing, I wanted to give you a heads-up.

3. This is sort of a sweet, pampered-by-everyone story about an innocent little guy. Just read it for fun, haha. I don't even know what I'm trying to say, OVO. I hope you enjoy it.

Sometimes he worried, too.

He couldn't write poetry or lyrics, paint pictures, or say anything sweet. All he knew was how to practice swordsmanship. Even his mother said he was as dull as a block of wood.

Would Qingci like him?

Lin Cen's greatest regret was going to train in a secret realm that year and letting the person he loved get hurt.
