[Detective Conan] I'm Sick, But Not Weak

Yuchuan Qiujin wrecked an entire horror game, escaped his role as a pawn, and, with the help of a rabbit doll named "X," got out of the game and entered a new world.

Except... "I remember I only broke my leg before entering the game." Feeling how frail his body was, he grabbed the ears of the rabbit wearing a little suit.

The rabbit's expression didn't change. "The power you gained from the game conflicted with your body, putting it under strain and causing some health problems."

"But don't worry." The rabbit showed how considerate it was by giving him a thumbs-up with a thumb that didn't exist. "You're just as good at fighting as before."

"You may be sick, but that doesn't stop you from being a great fighter."

"..."

"Cough, cough..." The handsome bookstore owner covered his mouth and leaned against the railing, looking frail.

He lowered his eyes, avoiding the child's gaze.

He lied without batting an eye. "This gentleman was so careless. You really should watch where you're going."

The bespectacled elementary school detective adjusted his glasses and stared at the man. Then he turned to look at the criminal, whom the bookstore owner had kicked into the ditch and who still hadn't managed to get back up.

Keep making things up, why don't you?

The doctor who wrote your medical report really needs to go back to school and study again.
