Tennis, But with a Detective System

Oda Sakunosuke died and came back to life.

But then he was bound to a System that looked a lot like a tennis ball. Apparently, he was supposed to play tennis here.

Oda Sakunosuke: ...

Oda Sakunosuke, former assassin: ...

Oda Sakunosuke, former assassin, 26 years old, current member of the Mafia: ...

Does this make any sense?

The tennis ball floated in the air and said, "Don't worry, we won't make you work for nothing. Look, this world doesn't have the Port Mafia or the Armed Detective Agency. Let's get them all into tennis together!"

Oda Sakunosuke: "Wai, "

The tennis ball completely ignored him and kept chattering away, bobbing through the air as it went on. "And although they're your friends, none of them are at the same school right now. They're all in my card pool, you see. So hurry up and have a special middle school experience with them!"

Oda Sakunosuke: "Wait, "

The tennis ball kept babbling like a telegraph, going on and on. "And that's not all! You can get my help, too. Come on, come on, let's draw cards first."

Oda Sakunosuke: ...

Does this tennis ball even understand human speech?

Oda Sakunosuke fell into a strange silence.
