[Douluo Dalu] Tenseiga Charges into Douluo Dalu

My name is Tenseiga. While my former master, Toga, was alive, I watched his young son, Sesshomaru, grow up from the moment he was born. After Toga died in battle, I came into Sesshomaru's hands.

There are killing swords everywhere, but swords that save lives are rare. My young master Sesshomaru didn't understand that, and often looked down on me for being unable to kill.

The journey had its flaws, but the outcome was good. My master eventually surpassed his limits and awakened Bakusaiga, born from within himself. He went on to become the ruler of the Western Lands, a leader who strode boldly down the path of dominance. Even after ascending to Takamagahara, he never let up.

As a demon sword who had always stayed by my master's side, after a thousand years of settling and gathering power, I successfully developed a soul and thoughts of my own. When my master ascended, I too became a tsukumogami, remaining by his side.

Under the influence of my master and my former master, I came to understand that I had my own path to follow. After bidding my master farewell, I cleaved open the Path of the Netherworld and stepped inside.

This world is fascinating. Everyone has something called a Martial Soul, which serves as their other half. I arrived in this world in my true form and sheltered the birth of a child.

I never expected that this boy's soul wouldn't belong to this world. How interesting.

I get along reasonably well with the boy. Watching him grow up seems like a fine decision. Is this what my former master meant by protecting someone?

The path of cultivation is bound to be accompanied by hardship and pain. Have I developed feelings of "heartache" for him?

The boy is slowly growing up, but is there something strange about the way he looks at me? It's a little like my former master's feelings for Izayoi, or young Inuyasha's feelings for Kagome.

It's Tenseiga from Inuyasha! Moxi really loves anything with healing properties.

Moxi is turning her claws toward Third Brother. I'll add some of my own interpretations, so apologies for any out-of-character moments.

The plot has been heavily rewritten. The early part focuses on building a foundation, while the later part follows the main storyline. If you don't like the main cast, you might want to run.

I won't unfairly bash any characters, and I'll try to give everyone a good ending.

The worldbuilding will include some of Moxi's own headcanons, so differences are normal.

Theme: Keep moving forward with determination
