Nephew steals his love | The second male lead takes the lead | Marriage first, love later | The uncle chases his wife to the crematorium
Sweet princess x devoted troublemaker
Gu Zhenyin had known since childhood that she was betrothed to the Jing family. The man she loved was Jing Yichen, the Jing family’s youngest uncle.
But Jing Yichen was an aloof, unattainable man with no worldly desires. No matter how hard she tried, she could never win him over.
For his birthday, she painstakingly planned a romantic confession. Jing Yichen simply stood on a foreign street, coldly and cruelly rejecting her. “Yinyin, you’re still young.”
After her confession failed, Gu Zhenyin returned home in low spirits and tried to heal her broken heart at a friend’s cafe. Then an unexpected visitor showed up.
A motorcycle roared. The black helmet came off, revealing a handsome, unruly face with sharp, striking features. He raised an eyebrow. “I heard your confession didn’t go well?”
It was Jing Yichen’s nephew, Jing Chi.
And Gu Zhenyin’s childhood friend.
After hearing the whole story, Jing Chi said nonchalantly, “Easy. It’s just a man playing hard to get. Find another guy and make him jealous. Give him a little push.”
Gu Zhenyin, still sulking, thought it sounded like a good plan. “Who should I find?”
Jing Chi folded his hands and leaned toward her, his expression full of meaning. A hint of amusement curled his lips. “What do you think of me?”
-
The next time Jing Yichen heard about Gu Zhenyin, it was the news that she and his nephew Jing Chi had registered their marriage.
At the family banquet, the two were inseparable, looking like a perfect couple. The lovely sight pierced his heart.
He regretted it.
That night, Jing Yichen knocked on Gu Zhenyin’s door, his voice trembling slightly. “Yinyin, you only married Jing Chi to get back at me, right? You were just angry with me.”
“Yinyin, Jing Chi isn’t right for you.”
A few minutes later, the door opened. Jing Chi stood tall, leaning against the doorframe. He lightly wiped the lipstick mark from his lips, wearing a triumphant, satisfied look. “Uncle, it’s not appropriate to knock on my wife’s door in the middle of the night.”
The ambiguous, rosy mark burned Jing Yichen’s eyes. He flew into a rage. “What did you do with her?”
Jing Chi smiled lazily. “You kept trying to drive a wedge between us, so she had to spend ages comforting me.”
Five minutes earlier, Jing Yichen’s knock had sounded through the heavy wooden door. The tall man had pinned Gu Zhenyin against it, lowering his head until they were eye to eye. His dark eyes were filled with possessiveness, and his warm breath clung to her neck, intensely intrusive.
“Yinyin, are we right for each other?”
Gu Zhenyin’s lips glistened. On the verge of tears, she answered, “Y-yes, we are…”
Jing Chi gently bit her earlobe and chuckled. “Good girl.”
During one argument after they were married, Gu Zhenyin was so angry she started bringing up old grievances. “We agreed it was only pretend! But now you’ve made it real and refuse to divorce me! Jing Chi, you’re such a scoundrel!”
The instigator leaned back on the sofa, his voice indulgent. “All right, all right. I’m a scoundrel.”
He waved his phone. “Just asking politely: your scoundrel ordered you eighty million yuan worth of high-end jewelry and colored gemstones. Do you still want them?”
At that, Gu Zhenyin immediately backed down. She hesitated, then puffed out her cheeks.
“…I do.”
Jing Chi chuckled. “Then come kiss your husband.”
Reading guide:
1. Both leads are each other’s only partners; happy ending. The male lead secretly loves the female lead. He is only a few months older than her, with no significant age gap. She once liked his uncle. The male lead is devoted in both body and heart, likes only the female lead, and is a perfect gentleman.
2. Neither lead is perfect. The heroine is a sweet young heiress with a soft heart. The hero has a sharp tongue with everyone else, but acts coy around her and treats her wonderfully. This is a sweet romance.
3. Everyone has different tastes and dealbreakers. We recommend reading and purchasing a chapter at a time. If anything makes you uncomfortable, stop reading. Hope you all find a story you love!

Quiet little angel x cheerful puppy
After transferring schools in her second year of high school, Ye Wanjin mistook a strange boy for the classmate who was supposed to show her around.
He seemed to have just finished playing basketball. His damp black hair fell in wisps over his forehead. He lifted his clear, bright dark eyes and met Ye Wanjin’s gaze, looking a little puzzled.
At last, he raised an eyebrow. “Come with me.”
He led her to the academic affairs office. Just then, someone passing by called his name.
“Ning Yi!”
Only then did Ye Wanjin realize she had mistaken him for someone else.
Before leaving, Ye Wanjin summoned her courage to thank him. “We don’t even know each other. Thanks for showing me the way.”
The boy was tall and broad-shouldered. He gave her a slight smile, his voice clear and bright. “It’s fine. But we know each other now, don’t we, Wanjin?”
In that moment, Ye Wanjin looked up at him, her heart pounding like a drum.
That evening, Ye Wanjin ran into him again on the stairs of her new home, where he had come to visit his grandmother. That was when she learned his name was Ning Yi.
Just like his name, Ning Yi shone like a star. He was smart, handsome, and kind, always the center of attention in a crowd.
She, meanwhile, was quiet and reserved. Lost in a crowd, she was easily overlooked.
They were in the same class, and like any ordinary classmate, he called her “Wanjin.”
Even though he treated her no differently from everyone else, Ye Wanjin was content, carefully guarding her unspoken affection as it continued to grow.
But one day, her father found out about the crush she had written in her diary. He called her shameless and tore the diary to pieces. Its shredded pages, along with her self-respect, were tossed into the endless night and vanished.
A few days later, the ruined diary reappeared under her desk. Someone had painstakingly taped the torn scraps back together. On the last page was a note.
It was in Ning Yi’s handwriting.
“Wanjin, good luck with your college entrance exams.”
On the night after the college entrance exams, the whole class went out to celebrate. She saw a girl hand Ning Yi a love letter.
The girl coaxed him, “Just think about it…”
Ning Yi’s voice held a helpless fondness. “Sure, I’ll think about it.”
Ye Wanjin quietly hid in the shadows. Only then did she realize that her one-sided performance had come to an end. Her unrequited love was destined to go nowhere.
That night, Ye Wanjin made an excuse to leave the teachers’ banquet early.
On the stairs at home, the motion-activated light came on as she approached. The tall boy was sitting lazily on the steps, his arms resting casually on his knees. He looked up at Ye Wanjin as if ready to confront her.
“Didn’t we agree to go home together? Why did you leave so fast?”
There was the faintest hint of hurt in his voice. “Wanjin, are you going to leave me?”
Reading guide:
1. Both leads are each other’s only partners. A very sweet, innocent school romance, mainly set in high school. The girl has a crush on him first, then they fall for each other. No significant age gap, and nothing intimate happens before they are adults.
2. The love letter is a misunderstanding.
3. Only the romance between the leads is guaranteed to be sweet. If that bothers you, please don’t read!
More details to come. The first draft of this blurb was written on 2023.10.7 and has been screenshotted and archived.
