Synopsis:
Wei Shu is terribly unlucky. At 25, he's been through a string of miserable events: losing his father, failing the college entrance exam, failing the graduate school entrance exam, failing the civil service exam, and getting fired from his job. Now there's one more thing: he's been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and the doctor says he has less than a month to live.
Wei Shu doesn't blame anyone else. He blames himself. He hasn't done anything bad in the first half of his life, and he's worked harder, lived healthier, and been more disciplined than most people. Yet an ordinary person like him, who tried so hard to make a good life for himself, has been diagnosed with late-stage cancer at such a young age.
Maybe he was just born unlucky.
Standing by the edge of a bridge, Wei Shu is frightened away by a kind stranger's enthusiastic call to the police.
With his last thirty days, Wei Shu decides to do something meaningful and leave a trace of his existence in this beautiful yet cruel world.
