Winning Their Favor

My debut novel is complete.

Please follow my author page.

My novel "Prince, My Dad Is Plotting a Rebellion" has a really fun premise.

Please add "Reborn as a Tyrant, but I Can Hear the Ministers' Inner Thoughts" to your reading list.

A witty, flirtatious young lord x a reserved and formidable Vice Minister of Justice: a story about a womanizer and a jealous lover.

Chu Xingxian, heir to a vassal prince, is summoned back to the capital as a political hostage. Just as he arrives, a murder case breaks out, and the Vice Minister of Justice personally invites him to prison.

The two then work together to solve cases and travel to Jiangnan to provide disaster relief. Along the way, they face bandits and other troubles, gradually revealing their feelings for each other.

Little scene:

Standing back to back with swords in hand on the battlefield, Chu Xingxian says softly, "When peace returns to our land, will you marry me?"

Lu Mingwen chuckles. "I'm a man!"

"Then would you marry me instead?"

"You're a man too." Then a quiet laugh slips from his throat. "Yes!"

This is my debut novel, so it's a little rough around the edges, but the characters and story are very sweet. I think even fictional characters deserve a proper ending.

So, updates will resume on February 10, with about ten chapters left to wrap things up.

If you like historical romances, give it a try.

Theme: True love is hard to find.
