The first time the Six Eyes saw Akasaka Hatsuka, he only thought she looked weak. Taking pity on her, he kindly picked her up and brought her home.
The first time Akasaka Hatsuka saw the Six Eyes, she only thought he was an idiot. She'd barely put on an act, and he had completely fallen for it.
On the day they met, the Six Eyes was convinced that he had saved Akasaka Hatsuka, and proudly declared himself her savior. Akasaka Hatsuka, however, couldn't care less. Even if he'd been a second later, she could have dealt with that cursed spirit herself. She had no need for the Six Eyes' self-proclaimed heroic rescue.
Ever since he brought home the little girl in a wheelchair, the Six Eyes' favorite pastime had been matching wits with her.
The Six Eyes wandered by with nothing to do, whistling and acting like a pest. "Hey, you're way too weak."
Akasaka Hatsuka said nothing. She simply threw bombs at him, one after another.
Shoko and Geto, who had done absolutely nothing but somehow ended up covered in ash: "Why did you have to go and provoke her?"
Teacher Yaga: "A righteous beatdown!"
The indignant Six Eyes: "Why am I the only one getting hit?!"
Teacher Yaga: "Because you're always picking fights with her!"
One night, Satoru Gojo suddenly felt a scorching gaze as he turned over in his sleep. He snapped his eyes open and saw a red-haired girl beside his bed, holding a glowing electric drill and staring down at him with a cold expression.
His heart stopped. He scrambled backward and asked her in a panic what she was doing.
Wasn't it just because he kept saying she was too weak? He had even said he would protect her!!
Was it really necessary to try to kill him over that??!
The girl simply sighed, looking rather disappointed, then wheeled herself away.
Still shaken, Satoru Gojo resolved to lock the door every night so she couldn't take advantage of him!
He was going to report her to Geto for attempted murder!! She deserved the harshest punishment!!
Bonus scene:
Akasaka Hatsuka stayed up late to invent a pair of mind-reading glasses. With dark circles under her eyes, she could hardly wait to try them on her classmates.
First she looked at her kind and amiable seatmate with the weird hair. A line of text flashed by like a comment scrolling across a screen, and the smile on her face instantly froze.
[Want to kill those monkeys with no cursed energy, want to kill those monkeys with no cursed energy, want to kill those monkeys with no cursed energy]
Akasaka Hatsuka: ?
Could there be something wrong with the glasses she made?
As if he noticed her looking, the weird-haired boy turned and smiled at her.
Akasaka Hatsuka instinctively looked away and shifted her gaze to the white-haired guy in sunglasses at the back of the classroom. He was resting his chin on his hand and staring out the window.
[Really want dessert, really want dessert, really want to play video games, really want to play video games]
Never mind. This idiot wasn't much use as a reference.
Then she looked at Shoko. This time, no words appeared.
So, were her glasses broken or not??!
First impressions:
Gojo the cat: A pitiful weakling
Akasaka Hatsuka: A kind fool
