I Went All Out to Get the Children of Destiny to Bestow a Title on Me

Years ago, I was a crow. Later, I became the big shot of the Great Immortal Realm by disguising myself as a System, a brilliant idea if I do say so myself. I don't think I have anything to be proud of. The above is taken from the special interview "Untold Stories of the Northeast Immortals and the Children of Destiny."

Everything above was a lie. I said I had nothing to be proud of just to show off a little. The truth is, I'm very pleased with myself.

Turning the outdated, no-longer-mysterious "Sealing Blessings" into the high-end scheme of "System Binding" was the best thing I've ever done.

Traditional Sealing Blessings only works one-on-one, with high risks and low returns, so people avoid it. A System, though, can bind to multiple people, with low risks and good returns, so everyone wants one.

So I disguised myself as a System and specifically bound myself to Children of Destiny who were temporarily down on their luck. I urged them to complete tasks and earned a cut, while System rewards helped them improve so they could do an even better job for me.

Why should a System have only one player?

A clever young man pushed off a cliff after being framed? Got him!

A fake young master kicked out of his home? Got him!

A real young master who absolutely doesn't want to go home and sacrifice himself? Got him!

Got them all, every last one. I want them all!

The day I have ten thousand players will be the day I ascend to immortality!

The future is boundless and beautiful. All that's left is to put the project into action.

I wielded a little whip while playing the role of a System, urging the Children of Destiny onward and constantly impressing on them that hard work means victory.

What?

You say they sometimes can't find me?

That's normal. The Children of Destiny have to learn to be independent. It's definitely not because I've bound too many people and can't keep up!
