He kept his boyfriend a secret from his parents. His boyfriend was handsome and cool, but always bit him painfully hard, and whenever he kissed him, he just wouldn't stop.

His boyfriend had lots of friends. When they found out the two were together, they all changed their expressions at once. Ruan You held a grudge, thinking they must not like him.

Until he stood at the door of a private room and saw his boyfriend pressed close to a young master. His boyfriend made no effort to hide how much he enjoyed drinking the wine offered to his lips, and even mocked Ruan You for being stupid in front of all his friends!

Ruan You wasn't smart, and he especially hated being called stupid.

Hmph! Ruan You decided to break up with his boyfriend and never speak to him again. But why, after they broke up, did his boyfriend's friends, no, his ex-boyfriend's friends, all crowd around him?

Even his mean-spirited ex-boyfriend humbly admitted his mistake, saying cautiously that he'd been set up.

Ruan You wasn't smart, but he held grudges. He would never fall for them.

Tang Xi was sent by his parents to the Fu family as a playmate for the Fu family's young heir when he was little.

He was quiet and gloomy, with an unlikeable personality. To everyone else, he was only able to stay by the Fu heir's side because he happened to be there at the right time.

Fu Lin was always cruel to him. His strong, broad hand would cruelly pinch the soft flesh of Tang Xi's cheek as he threatened him, then the next second he would fling him away in disgust, as if Tang Xi were poisonous.

Tang Xi couldn't understand why Fu Lin still put up with him staying by his side.

He gradually grew used to the other playmates looking down on him and his parents blaming him for not measuring up to his younger brother.

Saint Robeige Academy was a place where people fawned on the powerful and trampled the weak.

Tang Xi first met Wen Hengzhi when the poor but outstanding young man, as beautiful as moonlight, was cornered in a shadowy alley. Their eyes met, his clear and still as water.

His heart trembled, and he chose to speak up and help.

The young man thanked him coolly and walked right past.

Though they wore the same dark gray Saint Robeige uniform, the young man seemed utterly pure.

Their second meeting was no better.

When Tang Xi opened the door to a restroom stall, he found Wen Hengzhi there, his clothes soaked. His face was still cold and aloof, and his flawless skin was fully on display before Tang Xi's eyes.

This time, Tang Xi followed his heart and called out to him.

"Your clothes are wet. I have some in my lounge. Would you like to change?"

That was where their bond began.

He wanted to be friends with Wen Hengzhi for the rest of their lives.

Until, on a sultry summer day, Wen Hengzhi gently kissed the corner of his lips. Fu Lin saw it and flew into a rage, throwing everything into disarray.

They were all using him, deceiving him, hurting him, then telling him they loved him. What, if anything, was real?

The choice was his, yet he didn't want to choose any of them.
