Proud, rebellious, and all talk, with a handsome bottom, versus a pretty, easy-to-bully top
Song Yue was arrogant and unruly, the young master of the capital whom nobody dared to cross.
Then one day, he received word from his family that they had found him someone to marry. They said the two of them had been betrothed as children, and now the other party had shown up to claim his hand.
Song Yue had been arrogant and cocky for over a decade. How could he possibly agree to marry some childhood betrothal partner who had suddenly appeared, especially when that person was a man from some remote backwater village?
Song Yue was so annoyed he felt sick. In his mind, he was already picturing a poor, vulgar country bumpkin.
Without hesitation, he made his threat to the person on the other end of the phone: "I wouldn't marry him if I died. Tell him to get lost."
Then he moved straight out of the old family home and into his place in the city.
On the third day away from home,
Song Yue met a beautiful boy at school. He held his breath and stared, captivated, finally understanding what love at first sight felt like in those cheesy TV dramas.
The boy wore his backpack neatly. His black school uniform accentuated his slim waist and long legs. His light brown hair curled slightly, and his eyes were deep black. He looked like the perfect student. How could anyone be so adorable, especially a guy?
Their first meeting was rather awkward, though. The boy was on the path beneath a wall, while Song Yue was on top of it, about to climb over and skip class. Their eyes met. Realizing his predicament, Song Yue hurriedly scrambled over the wall and fled, deeply regretting it afterward.
For some inexplicable reason, he returned to class, flopped irritably onto his desk, and replayed the scene again and again.
Then, during class, Song Yue saw the boy he'd been dreaming about all over again.
His name was Su Yu. He was a new transfer student, not only well-behaved but sweet-voiced, too, his voice soft and sugary. Song Yue listened from below, utterly entranced, his eyes sparkling.
Song Yue decided they were fated by heaven. Otherwise, how could they have met in the morning and then turned out to be classmates?
He shamelessly started pursuing him, going all out to show off and win his favor. He became a genuine simp.
Song Yue, however, was immensely proud of himself. What did they know? He and his baby were a match made in heaven, destined to become family one day.
Just as he was confidently preparing to confess, he suddenly heard his baby mention quite casually, "I'm meeting my fiance next month. Should I get him a present..."
Song Yue couldn't bear to listen any further. His future suddenly seemed pitch-black.
His baby had a fiance! And that fiance dared to look down on his baby!
Song Yue marched off, ready to teach that so-called fiance a lesson and make him get lost.
Until he suddenly discovered...
The fiance was him.
His back stopped hurting, his legs stopped aching, and his mood brightened. His future was full of promise.
Every morning, Song Yue got up, looked in the mirror, and greeted his baby's fiance!
Song Yue: Happy!
