The Ultimate Master Thief Simulator Story blurb: Armed with a simulator, Zhou Xiaojie, once a kindhearted, well-mannered good girl from the twenty-first century, nervously takes up the life of an “ultimate master thief.” She learns new skills, masters [Lockpicking], trains her [Appraisal], and, clever and quick on her feet, considers herself one of a kind. But before her plans can get off the ground, she meets her end. After days of scouting the place, Zhou Xiaojie is ready to make her move, but a fellow thief beats her to it and smashes through the window. Alarms blaring, she stands outside the bakery, clutching a loaf of the black bread her accomplice tossed her, completely dumbfounded. It’s over. Her career as a master thief. Charged with theft, Zhou Xiaojie is thrown into prison. How could she be charged with “breaking and entering and robbery” over a wretched loaf of bread that’s unpleasant to hold, hard on the teeth, and tough enough to kill someone if you hit them with it?! The furious nobleman looks down at her and interrogates her. One of his ties is worth a hundred years of her wages, and one of his watches could buy a whole shipload of people like her. Zhou Xiaojie does the math. Then she smiles and swings the rock-hard frozen loaf at his head. Oh, screw you! * An old-school Mary Sue story: every man falls for the heroine, cars burst their tires when she passes, and most of the male leads are privileged elites. * Romance-focused story.
