After Becoming Immortal, I Raised a Zombie

(My first book, so I'm very inexperienced.)

Ever since Xu Xingzhi became immortal, he had used his long life to open a shop that granted the wishes of anyone who came to him.

He found a home for a signboard that floated in the wind, sent a drowned ghost back home after it came ashore, and helped a student in a mirror get revenge.

Then one day, he took on a small job: digging up a grave on a dark, windy night.

Thinking it would be an easy day trip to a graveyard, he took his shovel and dug away with gusto.

He didn't dig up gold or silver treasures. Instead, he dug up a moving zombie.

Xu Xingzhi stared at the zombie before him, expecting a fierce battle. Instead, the zombie called him "Big Brother."

Before he could figure out what the zombie had to do with him, he was pinned against a wall.

Zombie: "Could it be that Big Brother has forgotten me?"

Xu Xingzhi looked calm on the outside, but his mind was full of question marks: I haven't forgotten everything. Could you give me a hint?

At that, the zombie burst into tears.

Xu Xingzhi still couldn't remember the zombie in front of him.

He only thought the way he cried looked familiar, just like the little boy he'd found and taken in a thousand years ago, all hurt and aggrieved.

Good news: The child he raised didn't die, and he's devastatingly handsome.

Bad news: The child isn't alive. He's become a zombie, and Xu Xingzhi dug him up himself.

Xu Xingzhi never imagined he'd dig up a love debt from a grave, much less that the one who owed it would be a zombie.

The spirited boy in his memories had turned into a green-tea zombie who whimpered every chance he got.

[Big Brother, I guess I'm not good enough to stay by your side.] [I'm scared. Can I hold your hand?] [Big Brother, I'm cold. Can I sleep next to you?] [Could you try to like me?]

Ji Liangchen never imagined that the person he'd held in his heart would come down from a grave.

He decided to reclaim everything that belonged to him. Even if the one he loved despised him, he wouldn't leave his side.

But before he could even shamelessly cling to him, the one he loved opened his arms and said, "Be good, and stay by my side forever."

A few friendly notes:

1. The seme officially appears in Chapter 18. The chapters before that are a series of short standalone stories.

2. The standalone stories include all kinds of love: romantic, familial, and friendship.

3. The main couple absolutely gets a happy ending, no tragic ending! (A sweet treat for the readers.)
