You Shu was a background extra in a popular comic, until one day he unexpectedly got bound to a Villain System.
He replaced the original villain BOSS. Thrust into the role at the last minute, You Shu decided to meddle in the main storyline, show his back for a moment, then make a lightning-fast exit.
In the comic, though, his appearance was like the mastermind stepping into the action himself, radiating an intense aura and maxing out the villain filter.
The protagonist thought he had planned everything in advance. The readers in the comments were certain he was a major villain with an extraordinary background, convinced that he was the one orchestrating it all from behind the scenes.
Ordinary passerby You Shu: Oh wow, these people are so easy to fool?
You Shu: A devious plan has been generated :)
He quickly adopted secret identities and infiltrated the main storyline. He continued playing an ordinary passerby who occasionally wandered into high-risk scenes, while posing as a mastermind who had planned everything from the start.
He may have gone a little too far with the acting.
As the story went on, everyone frantically speculated about his origins, then quickly rejected their previous theories in favor of even more outrageous ones.
The protagonist had a love-hate relationship with him. The other villains shouted that he had ruined their lives and competed to pull him over to their side.
In the readers' eyes, he was an idealist with extreme methods, a tragic and beautiful villain who wanted to save people but was exploited, and a master strategist who controlled the whole board.
The forum was ecstatic: [Sorry, everyone, but I'm defecting to the enemy this time! The villains are just too captivating (wipes drool)]
You Shu, simultaneously playing a madman who delights in chaos and a tragic, beautiful villain: Playing a villain is a piece of cake.
The only problem was that, in other people's eyes, You Shu himself knew nothing about all this. Yet he was close to two major figures, mattered deeply to them, and was the only person who might be able to change everything.
You Shu, constantly being worried over: Isn't it a little weird that you're all so concerned about an ordinary passerby?
How did things end up like this? :(

* Early on, Xiao You deliberately steers people toward the wrong conclusions. Later, he becomes a true mastermind, plotting everything.
* Xiao You is a seemingly frail, beautiful young man. His secret identities are adult male types, and he attracts a ton of romantic interest (don't worry, the relationships are platonic). There are devoted fans of every kind.
