Surviving at Sea with Blueprint-Crafting Talent

[Ocean + Natural Disasters + Survival + Hoarding Supplies + Lots More]

In this all-player survival game, whatever players are touching in the final second before entering can be brought in as their starting supplies.

In the World Channel, people show off gourmet food and fine wine, soft bedsheets, and even steel knives and baseball bats that could pass for starter gear. Ji Xuefei stares blankly at the custom extra-long, extra-wide adjustable desk in front of her and the scattered sheets of drawing paper covered in sketches. Her heart turns to ash.

No tools, no food or water, no weapons, and she's not even wearing anything but pajamas!

Ji Xuefei's heart is shattered.

What's the point of playing? How are you supposed to play?

The heavens won't save this lousy artist. I'll spend the rest of my life regretting it!!

-

One hour into the survival game, Ji Xuefei tries to catch fish. No luck.

Three hours into the survival game, Ji Xuefei tries to purify water. No luck.

Five hours into the survival game, Ji Xuefei tries to sleep. No luck.

Eight hours into the survival game, Ji Xuefei stares down the endless ocean and blazing sun, grits her teeth, then sits back down at her desk and draws furiously.

Damn you, heavens! See? I'm drawing! Let me die suddenly one more time and send me back!

[Ding!]

[Blueprint: [Simple Fishing Rod] successfully drawn]

[Talent: [I Draw, I Draw, I Draw and Draw] activated]

Ji Xuefei: ...Huh?

-

Before:

Question: How do you survive in a survival game if all you can do is draw?

Ji Xuefei: You don't. Just wait to die.

Now:

Question: How do you survive in a survival game if all you can do is draw?

Ji Xuefei: Have you finished your work? Then why are you asking questions? Get back to drawing!
