On the night after his birthday party, the bottom gets into a car accident on his way home and loses his memory.

A middle-aged couple who say they're his parents nod solemnly and regretfully explain that now they will have to postpone the engagement.
The bottom feels uncomfortable and awkwardly pulls his hand away, sensing that he has forgotten something important.
That night, the bottom hobbles to the bathroom on crutches. When he looks up, he sees the shadowy figure of a man in the mirror. He can't make out the man's face, but the intense sensation makes his whole body go numb: the figure is staring right at him.
Terrified, the bottom's legs give way and he falls. He shakily turns on the lights, but the mirror is empty.
At first, he thinks it was a hallucination. But for more than half a month, he keeps waking suddenly in the middle of the night to find that shadow standing beside his bed, looking down at him.
The bottom is scared out of his mind and searches everywhere for someone to sell him talismans, but nothing works.
The shadow follows him like his own, never leaving, but never hurting him either.
The bottom is at his wits' end. All he can do is swallow his fear and pretend he can't see it.
On the night of the engagement, he is forced to drink the wine his fiance offers him. By the time he realizes something is wrong, it's too late.
In a daze, he sees the shadow raise a vase and smash it against the back of his fiance's head.
The bottom's whole body burns, and he can't stop whimpering. To his surprise, the coolness radiating from the shadow feels wonderful. He frantically rubs himself against him, but the shadow keeps dodging.
The bottom completely loses it and reaches out in a rage, unaware of what he's grabbed. Crying, he yells, "What's wrong with letting me cling to you for a while?! You're a ghost, for crying out loud. Are you afraid I'll fuck you?!"
The shadow: "..."
The shadow slowly reaches out and gently draws him into his arms.
Exhausted, the bottom falls asleep.
When he wakes, his whole body feels weak.
He remembers what happened the night before and glares resentfully at the shadow. "Did you secretly suck out my yang energy last night?"

1. The two leads are each other's only partner. The shadow is the main top, and the fiance is a scummy top with very little screen time, basically a plot device.
