A cool, roguish bar owner who knows how to reel people in x a gentle, sweet, well-behaved student
Both are virgins / Foster care / Age gap
Su Tao curled up in a booth, hugging her schoolbag as her phone played her father's farewell voice message about going abroad on repeat.
Her father entrusted her to an old friend, but one rainy night she was dropped off at the busiest bar in the south of the city. "Boss Zhou, I'll leave this child in your care for three months."
Zhou Yejin pushed open the glass door, sucking on a mint. His narrow eyes swept over the girl, soaked through and as delicate as a porcelain doll. Uninterested, he said, "I don't take care of kids here."
*
But later, the whole bar district knew.
The rich second-generation heir who spent his days gaming at the counter would put out his cigarette on time before evening study hall.
His tattooed arm carefully guarded the canvas bag stuffed with the girl's exam papers.
When Su Tao's classmates teased her about having such a scary guardian, Zhou Yejin took off his skull-shaped metal necklace and put on a white shirt. Looking clean-cut and fresh as a college student, he smiled at the parent-teacher meeting, dimples showing, devastatingly charming. "Want my autograph?"

Once, Su Tao heard him tell someone, "That little troublemaker is such a pain to look after." So she ran away from home, only to be carried back like a rabbit. Her sooty little face was streaked with tears, head tilted up, a dusting of powder on her nose and her dark eyes filled with tears.
Her clear, pale cheeks puffed up as she said through her tears, "Then you shouldn't have agreed to take care of me."
Looking at the pitiful little girl, Zhou Yejin was bewildered. His canine teeth ached. He pinched the soft flesh at the back of her neck and cursed under his breath, "Damn it, I hate well-behaved students the most." He took a deep breath, then bent down and awkwardly wiped the tears from the corner of her eye with his rough fingertips, coaxing her patiently. "Be good. Don't run off again. It's not like I can't afford to take care of you."
*
Zhou Yejin doted on her with all his heart and took meticulous care of her. The girl grew more and more beautiful, and at university, admirers came one after another.
In the dim monitoring room, the man was like a furious leopard, cornering the trembling little rabbit against the wall. His large hand gripped her slender waist as he kneaded her red lips and bit down without mercy.
His breathing still uneven, his voice cold as a demon bent on tearing everything apart, he asked, "Be good. Has anyone else ever kissed you like that?"
My next upcoming novel: Don't Follow Me Anymore, or I'll Bite You
Sweet girl with a hidden edge x arrogant, aloof bad boy
After her grandfather died, Ruan Mian was taken in by the Ji family.
Everything about the Ji family was great, except for their eldest son, Ji Ye. He skipped class, got into fights, and never studied. He was a menace who gave everyone a headache.
At the Ji family's request, Ruan Mian, an exemplary student, agreed to help.
From then on, there was only one thing on her to-do list: help Ji Ye study.
*
At school, Ji Ye pinned Ruan Mian's chin with a textbook as she hugged her schoolbag. "Follow me again and I'll snap your neck."
Ruan Mian wasn't intimidated. "Sure. Then copy your homework first. It's due soon."
Ji Ye felt he couldn't go on like this and complained to his friend, "I feel like Ruan Mian looks at me like I'm some clueless idiot who can't lift a finger or tell one grain from another."
His friend looked at him and nodded emphatically. "Bro, have some confidence. Drop the 'I feel like.'"
Ji Ye swore he would chase the awful girl away. He raised his hand to knock, only to find Ruan Mian with red-rimmed eyes, as if she'd been crying.
"What... are you doing?" His voice was stiff, but he'd already lost half his bravado.
Ruan Mian wiped the corner of her eye, her voice thick with tears. "Are you here to make me leave?"
Damn it!
Looking at those watery eyes, he couldn't bring himself to say anything harsh. Ji Ye wanted to bite his tongue off on the spot.
Later, everyone knew that the cool, arrogant menace had been completely tamed by Ruan Mian, the little rabbit.

Is there no male and female protagonists? 🥺
It's so sad that it's coming to an end.
