Cool, rebellious bad boy × cool-headed, resilient girl
The worst beating Chen Sui ever took was when she met Wei Ye. He was tall and long-legged, leaning against a water pipe in the back alley of a bar, head tilted as he cupped a flame to light his cigarette.
The collar of his silk shirt hung open, revealing his fair, beautiful collarbones. The tattoo on his neck was clearly visible. He was handsome, but had a whole lot of attitude. He didn't look like a good person.
Chen Sui lowered her lashes, pressed herself against the wall, wiped the blood from her nose, and fled as fast as she could.

Wei Ye was cold and ruthless, always keeping to himself. But this time, he fell into the hands of a little girl.
Chen Sui ate her ice cream, swinging her legs as she watched Wei Ye crouch on the ground, scrubbing bloodstains from her skirt. He had made them the night before.
In a soft voice, she asked him, “Wei Ye, so what are we to each other now?”
Wei Ye paused, his lashes lowered. His thin lips gave him a somewhat heartless look. He stood up and patted her head.
“Chen Sui, you're too young.”

Later, Chen Sui had no shortage of admirers. On a camping trip, she posted a photo with a male friend on her social media.
Before she went to sleep, a man with a dark expression stood outside her tent.
That night, Wei Ye went wild inside her tent. Chen Sui held back the whole time, not daring to make a sound.
“Chen Sui, so what are we to each other now?”
“Brother and sister, I guess.”
“Chen Sui, after all these years, I guess I wasted all that love on you.”
Chen Sui wrapped her arms around Wei Ye's neck and kissed his cold lips.
Wei Ye instantly lost his temper and was powerless to resist.
Amid their deep, uneven breaths, he could only whisper over and over in her ear, “Sui Sui, I want you to give me a title.”
[The rose he raised is off-limits to everyone.]
