[One female lead, two male rivals in a romantic showdown]
Born with an extremely yin constitution, Yun Wei was used to keeping to herself. The only person who could get close to her was her younger brother, Yun Yan.
Then one day, Yun Wei had no choice but to release a wicked ghost who had been sealed for a thousand years, and it began to cling to her.
Xuan Yuning became the second person who could get close to her, though strictly speaking, he wasn't a person.
Arrogant and caustic, this ghost had started by forcing Yun Wei to break his seal. Then he moved into her home without the slightest regard for manners or shame, barging rudely into her life.
At first, he told Yun Wei that he had no choice but to stay because of her blood. As soon as he regained his strength, he would leave, and what happened to her was none of his concern.
Later, he wrapped his arms around Yun Wei from behind, his voice muffled. "If I were also frail and sickly, would you treat me the way you treat him?"

Yun Wei's younger brother, Yun Yan, was extremely unhappy about having Xuan Yuning stay with them.
At the age of three, this pretty boy had stayed by Yun Wei's side by crying his heart out and coming down with a serious illness. From then on, the two of them had grown up relying on each other.
The sudden arrival of a man disrupted the life he shared with his sister, and Yun Yan hated him with all his heart.
But his sister was very protective of him.
So protective that even his usual pouting and tears didn't work. His sister simply wouldn't kick the man out.
Eventually, Yun Yan stopped hiding it. The coldness of his body and the chill in his eyes left Yun Wei stunned.
What did that mean? Was her sweet, well-behaved younger brother not human either?
It wasn't until a shaman told Yun Wei, "Child, you were born with a fate that draws wicked ghosts," that she understood.
