After a Background Beta Awakens

[A story about training a dog]

Lin Mian awakened.

At the very moment he was on the brink of death.

It turned out he was a background character in a comic.

In the comic, AOs got to enjoy all of society's resources, while betas were constantly ordered around and bullied.

He himself was mocked and obstructed by AOs as he pursued the role of lead photographer. In the end, he was struck by a car while begging someone to take his picture.

Seeing how his story ended, Lin Mian smiled.

He would get that lead photographer position, and he'd make those arrogant AOs pay!

In the comic world, not a single noble AO was willing to be photographed by a beta. They considered it a disgrace.

But Lin Mian was the exception.

The haughty CEO A pulled Lin Mian's hand with reddened eyes, trying to press it against his muscles.

"You said last time that this theme was fresh. I've been working out. Want to try it?"

Lin Mian pulled his hand away and said with disgust, "That theme was ages ago. What's the point of working out for it now?"

The top-tier star, a pure and innocent-looking 0, knocked on his door wearing a half-open white shirt and pleaded, "Didn't you say you'd photograph me first tomorrow? Why are they saying you're not going to?"

Lin Mian reached out and fastened his shirt buttons, saying coldly, "Your uncle is under investigation. He's no longer a judge for the competition. Do you understand?"

The arrogant AOs rummaged through their resources, trying everything to gain even the slightest advantage over the others.

All so that Lin Mian would look at them one more time.
