The Working Stiff Is Doted on by a Cool Rich Heir

Cheng Yan is an innocent working stiff. He runs errands for rich young masters, taking money to do their bidding. Everyone thinks he’s useful, and they often lend him to one another. After enough back-and-forth, rumors about him spiral out of control.

Everyone says he’s the rich young masters’ public lover, and with his beautiful, flirtatious eyes, he looks tempting even when he isn’t smiling.

One day, his new sugar daddy loses a bet and hands Cheng Yan over to a cold, powerful young heir. The heir comes from a prominent family and wields enormous influence, making him one of the most powerful people in the area.

Everyone laughs and tells Cheng Yan to make sure he holds on to this sugar daddy, instead of getting passed around and ending up in everyone’s bed again.

At first, the young heir also assumes Cheng Yan is trying to get into his bed. Since he likes Cheng Yan’s face, he tells him to warm the bed.

Cheng Yan lies down for a while, says the bed is warm now, and announces that he’s going downstairs to sleep.

The young heir tells Cheng Yan to drink his liquor. Cheng Yan takes a sip and says it isn’t poisoned, so there’s no need to worry.

The young heir takes Cheng Yan to a banquet. Dressed inconspicuously, Cheng Yan stands at the back of the crowd, serving tea and liquor and greeting the guests.

After a while, the young heir finally realizes Cheng Yan really is just an honest working stiff. He puts aside his romantic notions and makes him his personal assistant instead.

But not long after, Cheng Yan gets drunk celebrating his birthday with friends. The young heir comes to pick him up, and Cheng Yan stumbles into his arms, thanking him for valuing him so much and giving him a house and a car. He says he’ll repay him by giving himself to him.

That night, the young heir takes Cheng Yan to bed, strips him, and has his way with him.

The next day, Cheng Yan clutches his clothes, eyes moist. “I meant I’d work for you for the rest of my life.”

The young heir: “Ha!”

Being his wife means he can work for him in his arms for the rest of his life, too.

The little sidekick becomes the young heir’s wife, and can only be doted on by her wealthy, cool husband.
