The Game's Only Dynamic NPC

Blurb:

Every player in the beta test of Snowbound City knows there's a dynamic NPC in the game.

The dialogue and events that trigger are different for everyone who approaches him.

He's also generous, offering very high-level rewards.

If you tell him you've brought some secret news from far away, he'll probably ask you a few follow-up questions.

But even after the game went live, players still had no idea what he was trying to find out.

Then one day, players noticed someone standing beside the NPC.

Wait, why does this guy's character model look so much like the game's developer?
